Wonderful experience with Ionian for our recent wedding on the beach in Cyprus. The setting was perfect for us and brilliantly organised. The villa accommodation was gorgeous and the private beach area for the ceremony and reception was ideal. Cheradie from Ionian, told us everything we needed to know when we were there and Louise on site was incredible, making sure everything went to plan. Food was delicious too! Fabulous memories were made!

My husband Ryan and I got married at the Limestone Heritage Park in Malta on 27/05/2026, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the venue and Ionian Weddings!

The venue is absolutely beautiful, and from our initial inquiry through to the wedding day, the service provided by Ionian was seamless and professional. Their experience and support took a huge amount of stress out of planning a destination wedding.

A special thank you to Pat, who was fantastic throughout, particularly with helping us navigate the legal documentation, and to Chermain, who was always responsive and helpful with any requests.

I'd also like to recognise Pam, our wedding coordinator in Malta. She was incredibly organised, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease from the moment we met her. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she ensured our day ran perfectly. She even arranged for us to view the venue the day before the wedding, which was a lovely touch as we hadn't seen it in person before.

Overall, I would highly recommend Ionian Weddings. Their support and attention to detail made our wedding planning experience so much easier, and they helped create memories that Ryan and I will cherish forever.

Really made us feel like we were in safe hands, would recomend to anyone!! Villa Lime wedding was incredible being able to stay and host a wedding at our villa was just lovely. All staff at Ionian Weddings both in England and Greece were fantastic always with good communication!!

When looking at Ionian weddings online we honestly thought it must be a scam. It seemed too good to be true. I can assure you that it is not!

We got married in April in Sorrento and had the most amazing, magical day. It was beautiful and everything ran smoothly.

Maria was our UK wedding planner and she was very attentive from the day we paid the deposit to a month after the wedding when we received our video.

We cannot recommend Ionian Weddings highly enough. Planning a destination wedding in Portugal at the stunning Quinta do Canhoto, from Ireland & the UAE could have been stressful, but Emma, Marta, and Tatiana made the entire process feel seamless, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable.

From the beginning, their communication, organisation, and attention to detail were outstanding. No question was ever too small, and they always made us feel supported and confident that everything was under control.

On the wedding day itself, everything ran perfectly under Marta's guidance. We were able to relax, enjoy every moment with our family and friends, and simply focus on the experience knowing the team had everything taken care of.

Emma, Marta, and Tatiana played a huge part in creating an unforgettable day for us, and we are incredibly grateful. If you're considering a destination wedding, we would recommend Ionian Weddings without hesitation. We only wish we could do it all over again!

I found Ionian weddings when I was searching online for a wedding planner abroad. I filled in an online enquiry form to which Lucy responded with some suggested venues based on my preferences i stated on my enquiry. Lucy was really helpful all the way from enquiring to booking, made the process really easy. Highly recommend their services.

Simply put, it was everything we could have asked for. I had my wedding in Malta with Ionian wedding and Emma was my planner who was very helpful and attentive to all my questions and requests. We even managed to organise a horse entrance at the venue 3 weeks before and I really appreciated that. Would 100% recommend me for destination weddings!

We got married at the beautiful San Galgano in mid October of 2025 and we had the most incredible time. Ionian, and specifically our wedding planner Emma, made the process of planning the wedding completely stress free and we felt we could trust them entirely. There was never any pressure to have add ons provided but also no ask was too big. They say that planning a wedding is really stressful but we definitely did not feel that way! The venue of San Galgano and the package that Ionian offered was amazing, when looking to get married abroad by far Ionian was miles better than any other company. Our actual time at San Galgano exceeded all of our expectations, Serena our wedding coordinator out in Tuscany, and all the staff at San Galgano were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the small touches, like having someone carving ham at the starter buffet table, and serving some of the main meal as silver service, made our day even more special. We wish we could just re-live it over and over again. Throughout this whole process I have already been singing Ionian weddings praises, but I genuinely could not recommend them enough!
