Thanks for the feedback, but I can assure you that we have no intention of charging additional fees for claims that were submitted correctly. Indeed our preference is always to submit one claim per client, although on many occasions we are not supplied with all the necessary details in a timely manner, so multiple claims do need to be made.
Thankfully this usually still only results in a percentage fee being charged and so there is no loss to the client.
If we have inadvertently charged you minimum fees for the one claim, then I will certainly look into it for you, and refund any overpayment that may have occurred.

Excellent experience with Jenny Mulhall
Jenny Mulhall went above and beyond to proactively recommend my eligibility to make claims that I was absolutely misinformed about. She is truly exceptional in her approach and it was a delightful experience to partner with her on claiming additional tax rebate when I least expected it. I would highly recommend her.
