Wenn ein Logistik Unternehmer wie DPD das nicht hinkriegt die Ware zu den Empfänger zu bringen und das ist nicht zu erste mal ( es scheint bei DPD oft etwas verloren zu gehen) ist nicht irisimo schuld .

wat een verhaal – eentje met een spannend begin, maar gelukkig een mooi einde.
Het spijt ons nogmaals dat je Storm horloge met een beschadigd glas bij je aankwam – dat is natuurlijk niet de eerste indruk die we willen achterlaten. We begrijpen helemaal dat je daar even zorgen over had. Des te blijer zijn we dat we samen alles hebben kunnen ophelderen en rechtzetten.
Een extra dankjewel ook voor je vertrouwen én voor je mooie woorden achteraf. En stiekem geven we de complimenten met een glimlach door aan onze collega Zuzana – zij gaat hier zeker blij van worden.
Fijn dat alles goed is afgelopen en dat je ons nu met een gerust hart kunt aanbevelen. Daar doen we het voor. En wie weet… de volgende keer een verhaal zonder plot twists, gewoon meteen perfect vanaf het begin.

was looking for an authorized EU store of Seiko and Casio watches and stumbled over this website. Checked its Trustpilot and saw the good ratings, and after being in contact with the company on Instagram - they were so extremely kind and helpful - answered my question at 9.30 pm in the evening - I ordered my watch that same evening. The next day they sent it out for me. I asked if I could add another watch to my order - and they added it and just sent me a link with the payment. Also: They fit the watch bracelet to you for free. Absolutely amazing service. Will be buying more watches from this store.
