Great website but there are some very minor issues.
They are a legit website and they do have great customer service, the only thing Is for me it took a bit long as I received it today on feb 27, having ordered it on Jan 29, but Im pretty sure it came a few days before since I checked the mail box today and my package was there, along with a few other magazines and stuff meaning that it was here a some time ago. The quality and packaging was great as if you’re buying it from an actual store. If your worried about tracking they do send you updates especially a in the first few days after you purchased, like for me they sent me a total of 4 emails regarding its shipping status like when it was in transit and shipped but that last email about its status was February 5th. And the shipping method is non-trackable unfortunately as they told me when I was inquiring about my watch’s location. Either way this website is pretty good, but the wait time could either be a bit long like mine or short like other people have said in their reviews. Otherwise it is a great website with cheap prices. Would buy again.

23 days of waiting, the watch still hasn’t arrived.
It has been 23 days since my watch was shipped, and I still have not received it. In response to my inquiries, I keep getting a standard reply stating that nothing can be done because the parcel was sent via untrackable mail.
How is it possible to send an international shipment without a tracking number?
I am still waiting for my purchase and would appreciate a clear explanation of the situation as well as a possible solution.

Thank you for your review. We truly understand your concern and frustration regarding the delivery delay.
Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, international postal services to the region are significantly limited and unpredictable. Many courier companies currently do not offer delivery to Ukraine at all, or only at extremely high costs. For this reason, your order was sent using one of the few available postal options, which unfortunately does not provide tracking and is subject to extended delivery times.
Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, the delivery process depends entirely on international transit routes and local postal services, which can be heavily affected by the current situation. Delays of several weeks are, regrettably, not uncommon under these circumstances.
That said, if the shipment does not arrive within the maximum delivery timeframe, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support directly so we can find a fair solution, including a replacement or refund if necessary.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this exceptionally difficult time.
