Après avoir visité le site ,mon choix s'est porté sur une montre Certina ds action chronographe.
J'ai commandé et la quelques sueurs froides.
En effet une première fois mon paiement n'a pas abouti. On me demande par lien de recommencer,ce que je fais, et là, votre paiment n'a pas abouti.Deux fois, je me dis, Philippe tu t'ai fait avoir,site en Slovaquie,pas de tel français!!!
Alors je trouve l'adresse mail.
J'écris,expliquant le problème rencontré.
Très bonne réactivité et une réponse précise sur mes doutes,avec des infos confirmant le non enregistrement de mes paiements.
Soulagé, je décide de poursuivre.
Enfin tout est OK...
Ma commande est prise en compte. Mon règlement enregistré, tout ça confirmé en temps réels.
DHL,comme irisimo, m'informe de la prise en charge de la livraison.
Ce 12 janvier,colis reçu au bout de 5 jours.
La montre est comme je l'espérais...superbe.
Alors je peux dire maintenant que je suis vraiment très satisfait de l'expérience CHEZ IRISIMO.
Je ne sais pas quand,mais je reviendrai sur le site et le conseillerai à mes connaissances.

Nous sommes vraiment heureux d’avoir pu te rassurer rapidement et de t’avoir apporté des explications claires, afin que tu puisses poursuivre ta commande en toute confiance.
