I don’t usually write reviews but as l was skeptical about buying from this company, their customer service was amazing. After purchasing a watch, it turns out it wasn’t as shown on their website and they immediately told me this before sending it to me just to ensure l was happy. They helped me find another watch suitable and dispatched it the same day and it got delivered the next day. Best customer service l have received and will definitely buy from them again.

Heel erg dankbaar
Eerst en vooral ben ik erg dankbaar, ten eerste mijn uurwerk naar België verstuurd, en ten tweede de moeite die ze voor me gedaan hebben voor mij ik was op zoek naar een uurwerk Liu Jo was niet meer beschikbaar maar toch kreeg ik een mail dat ze nog een laatste model gevonden hebben.
Ook naar verzending, en heel goed verpakt, ook garantie bewijs erbij, top service, kan het iedereen aanraden, nog eens heel hard bedankt

Het was voor ons een plezier om dat laatste Liu Jo-horloge voor je te kunnen vinden, soms voelt zo’n zoektocht bijna als een kleine overwinning. Me ha llegado mi reloj Casio MTP del color Tiffany justo el dia que se me indicó, el reloj es precioso y queda genial en la muñeca, tengo que decir que es la primera vez que compro en Irisimo y la verdad tenia algunas dudas al principio como es normal, pero tengo decir que estoy super contento con mi pedido y la verdad es que todo a sido un 10, si tuviera que comprar algún otro producto similar o otro reloj, lo compraría en este comercio sin lugar a dudas!

Zeer tevreden over mijn bestelling bij Irisimo.
Alles verliep soepel en professioneel. De levering was verrassend snel mijn pakket kwam binnen één à twee dagen al aan, perfect verpakt en in uitstekende staat.

Good service, good communication. Only issue was with product being listed as in stock but turned out to not be in stock. However they delivered with delay and communicated all very well and within a promised time bracket.

Amazing customer service
I ordered a watch for my dad with engraving, and the experience was excellent. The team reached out just a few hours after I placed the order with engraving ideas, font exampleas and even screenshots showing a preview for approval. The watch arrived within just two days which is impressive especially compared to other companies that take weeks for engraved items. Super friendly and very professional throughhout. Highly recommend!

Desgraciadamente el envío fue la peor parte, pagué por un envío prioritario que finalmente se demoró mucho, la empresa de transporte cambió hasta en 3 ocasiones la fecha de entrega y no fue hasta que contacte con Irisimo que finalmente se soluciono. Era un regalo de cumpleaños y la verdad que quede bastante decepcionada al tener que entregar el regalo tarde, pero la empresa se comprometió a reembolsar el envío y la comunicación con ellos fue excelente
