It is not the first time that I buy items from Israeldefensestore, the peoples are super professional and I will be buying more items from them again.

This backpack is really cool and it will potentially save my life.... It is easy to pack and have at the ready, just pull the straps up and forward and down and use the hook and loop to attach... 2 seconds and it's show time!!! nobody knows that you are prepared for the worst.... the weight of the backpack is very minimal... Masada did a great job in the manufacturing and the quality of this backpack.... I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a level III3A protection....

Everything is great and fast, thanks

Day indication not working. Not a good value for the money I paid. Tax imports to add to the final amount.

I was surprised how fast the delivery was. Everything I ordered was in good shape and I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent customer service

Didn't provide order conformation or shipping info.

I ordered a 1 point sling and the only thing i have received is an mail to rate them. When I get the sling, I can give a better response.

Product is good and was shipped out fast.

Item received as described. Thanks.

Ordered the AK magazine extension as I heard they were good and you didn't need to modify the original.
Purchase went smoothly and I am happy so far.
Have not got to try it yet, so I will see how it goes.

Love the boots! Felt almost broken immediately after walking a few hundred yards.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Going on 3 weeks since my order was shipped to what they claim to be their “New Jersey warehouse” instead of my address. Now they can’t get an answer from anyone in the warehouse. Very shady and dishonest business.

Order placed on April 28th No invoice sent till I called them and no body answered, then I used their web app to check the purchase status then they emailed the invoice on April 29th, No tracking # till May the 3rd after I contcted them through their web then the status stayed (shipment label created waiting for the item) for 2 days, I contacted them again they sent the item but the delivery will be May 10th and the delivery will be May 10th, worst tracking app, unproffessional , 2 weeks to get One item from Florida to Texas. Why?????
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I ordered the FAB defense KPOS scout pro kit. It took only 11 days from order to arriving at my residents. Not bad from Israel to the U.S. Everything was packaged great. No damage to anything. Even the backpack is well made along with the pro kit equipment. I wish they would have included some paperwork on the equipment. I just wanted to say thank you for the equipment that y’all make for us. Everything is extremely well made and I will have a blast using the equipment.

On my third order , did not send my complete order! Told me to contact ups !
