I love the KPOS Scout and have two of my own. I bought two more for friends who are retiring from the US Military. SUPER fast shipment and great products.

Took forever to deliver (something like 2 weeks). my glock 17 didnt fit in it properly initially but i took the micro roni apart and found that the barrel shroud needs to be adjusted for the 17 (it came preset to the 19). After making that adjustment everything seems to function properly.

Since my item was shipped out of Israel, it took a while. The communication was a little slower than I expected but the item I ordered was received in good condition along with easy tracking to monitor the movement of the process.

Informations about product on the webshop could be more precise but customer support was excellent!

Great customer service, very quick to respond and resolve problems, friendly , good quality products for low prices.

The prices are great, plus they have items I couldn’t find available in stock in other places. I bought the FAB Defense forearm at a better price than normal and shipping was fast. I will do business again when I need more magazines and other items they have.

My Glock 17 gen 3 gun doesn't fit in a micro roni !

Service was good, I just had a communication glitch regarding freight.

I placed an order and it was received in a timely manner will be ordering more from IDS.

I ordered a week ago, have not received any type of shipment notification or tracking, but I I got this survey. What is going on?

The express order for Ukraine was accepted . After several days it was not shipped, it took multiple inquiries to find out that it can not be delivered to Ukraine.
The order was canceled. A week of precious time waisted. It should be an immediate check for valid destination during ordering.

Great company everything showed up promptly and very helpful.

Дуже добре!
Слава Україні!

As usual the product was great, the price great and quick shipping

Unbelievable, good price and FREE shipping?
Shipping took a bit of time, but it did arrive!! I legitimately thought it's too good to be true. But I gave it a shot and now I have discovered a hidden gem. Will be back for sure.
