I was having trouble reaching certain websites due to what I understood was a DNS failure. Having carried out all the usual checks like clearing the cache, restarting the router and devices and trying alternative browsers I called WiSpire (ItsFibre/ItsWisp) for help.
Edward Coote answered the phone and immediately started to take me through all the steps necessary to reset the router to factory settings and then configure it for my system. In all it took about an hour of detailed work which resulted in a fully functional system.
He showed endless patience and everything was done in a systematic manner. He could not have been more helpful.
We have used WiSpire for our internet service since 2019 after a long spell of appalling service from BT and the difference could not be more marked. The system has been extremely reliable, the speed more than adequate and the service on the few occasions I have had to call them has been exemplary, the call being answered and the problem solved promptly.
There are businesses claiming to offer faster broadband at similar prices but I will not change because I value reliability and backup more than any other factor. I get that from WiSpire.
I have no connection with them other than as an extremely satisfied customer.

Very quick and fast delivery with the hub! Very easy to use, with it being all set up just needed to be plugged it. Works lovely in a new build house In a semi rural location.

Hub sent out next day, internet worked really well and had no issues since installing. Was also advised if we did have issues due to our hub having to be in a cupboard they would send out extenders to us to help with the issue (but they haven’t been needed)

Great company. Quick response and quick delivery for new broadband. Broadband is speedy too.

Everything goes smoothly, request for service today, receive the router in the next day, and then just plug and play without any problems. And the bandwidth is match with the promised. I made a right choice.

In terms of setting things up and having it work, it just does. I did not have to fiddle or configure anything, and have strong signal on the house and great speed as well.

But the thing that did it for me was that i had some doubts about how the setup process would be like, coverage and so on, and when i called them, they actually picked up, very quickly, and expertly guided me through the process. That sealed the deal when deciding to opt for them.

My call was answered very quickly. Customer service agent gave clear and precise instructions in a friendly manner.

Great, local provider. Very helpful and allowed me to collect my router same day for immediate access to the internet.

They are professional and quick to get me set up when I was struggling moving home. Good price and tech support are quick to responding with help.

As soon as i ordered this my router came just in two days,and its ready to installed with very easy steps with out any hassle,and net speed is also good,i am satisfied with there services.

Recently moved to a new area and they have been the most reasonable priced internet provider. After calling the sales team to buy the service I was really surprised how officiant and helpful the team been. They sent the router in time and it has arrived as promised. Also a big surprise that you just connect the router and you have internet straight away, no set-up fee or any engineer needed. The accounts team also helpful and getting back to you if you need help or have some questions. Highly recommend them.

Had a few issues at setup however these were all resolved and since then the service has been great. Staff always helpful and internet speeds are good. Would recommend

From the list of suppliers I was given when I moved into my new build house ItsFibre had the best feedback, packages, prices etc. I called to make sure what the best package was for our family’s requirements and found them to be really helpful and the router was received in a few days. Internet is great considering I work from home, and there are three of us on phones and laptops all the time with no dropouts or loss of service. Would happily recommend
