Very Quick and fast installation process. Speeds are fast in all rooms of the house which is amazing

Good service at very reasonable prices. No complaints so far.

Telephone number with real humans on the other end! I had never heard of Itsfibre until recently but I'm very impressed. No problems with connection and a strong signal. Would recommend.

Very Fast Set up!

I emailed on Friday, a bit late but first thing on the Monday great bloke called up and explained what they could offer and the prices - no flannel just facts. I ordered 360/180 and the router arrived by the Wednesday - plugged it in and hey presto worked immediately.

I emailed them the next day as i i needed to know some settings for the router, and this was given out no trouble.

So, everything seems to be working as it should. I just need to amend to static ip address internally and open some ports - which, i will do next week incase i run into any issues.

Great Service though, fast set up and easy to arrange

Recently moved to our new flat, went for the 120mps up/down and absolutely fantastic broadband! Low ping with online gaming, no issues with downloading and streaming!

Ordered Itsfibre through a local provider being Intouch systems and was up and running in only a few days before cancelling my phone line broadband so I didn’t loose broadband connection. After a few connection speed issues which was finally put down to the wrong router being supplies, this problem was rectified the next day after support provided the correct router for my connection speed. It’s great to have support almost on my doorstep. Support was very good. The package was a great deal faster and cheaper than the premium providers offered, without the problems of speaking to customer service and support at oversea’s help centres which we found to be a nightmare. Don’t regret going local and happy to support local uk companies like Intouch Systems who work along side City Fibre who installed my fibre cable.

Been with them a few month now. Only had 1 issue on start up with was resolved within 30 minutes. Great service and friendly staff

Really helpful.

I explained that we were moving to a new build house and that getting set up from day 1 was crucial as we both work from home.
They suggested that they sent the router to the old house so that it was ready for us.
When we got there the internet didn’t work immediately - it hadn’t been registered or something. But they were quick to get to the bottom of it and put it right within 10 minutes.
Great service, and now that we are up and running, no issues with the speeds etc.

I moved to my new flat last month and changed my broadband to It’s fibre 200 mbps service, amazing performance. High and stable download and upload speed and lowest ping that I’ve ever had while playing online games.

They were easy to talk to,very helpful and I got my broadband router within 2 days which is good,no upfront cost

I live on a new build estate and have to choose a provider from the OFNL network for internet. Working from home, I was looking for an internet provider that had a good variety of speed packages (I was looking for symmetrical), good service and good equipment provided. Itsfibre ticked all those boxes.

I chose 200mb up/down. The application process involved submitting a form on their website. Once this was completed, you receive a phone call from the itsfibre team. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I asked them specific questions about the router they provided which was answered easily.

Equipment arrives very prompt and a lot of attention to detail is carried out by them. For example, the router ssid is set to my home address, there is a clear note about not pressing the reset button to avoid losing configuration settings and a welcome letter that had all the important steps that anyone can follow.

Customer service was really good. I had an issue with OFNL taking too long to connect me. They dove into the issue and got it rectified very quickly.

2 months in, very happy.

Filled a form out on the internet for this and was on a phone call regarding it the next day. Wifi router was delivered the following day. Engineers were sent out 2 days later to fit it all- they were absolutely lovely and a credit to the company. Very neat and tidy work with no mess left. Internet speed is very good quality- we have the 100 up 100 down package and it’s the best I’ve ever had! Every person I’ve spoken to during this process has been incredibly nice and genuine. Would definitely recommend.

I was with BT before moving homes and I then had to change providers that was pretty annoying but the team were really helpful and had me set up and connected within no time ! Would I recommend ? Sure straight plug and play ! I had a little problem
That wasn’t the providers fault it was OFNL but even though it wasn’t their fault they got on the phone to OFNL and had it all sorted out for me ! So as for customer service 10/10 !!

Fantastic customer service! Had some delays on my switch from previous ISP due to delays with OFNL, this was all handled fast and effectively by the team at 'ItsFibre'.

Very impressed with the speeds since its been up and running and the internet seems leaps and bounds more stable than previous ISP.

Having searched through 18 providers to choose from its fibre were not only offering the best price but service has been excellent. Router arrived the day after sign up and was able to plug in and go in my new home. Had a small issue with connection but called the team and it was fixed within the afternoon. Very pleased with internet so far!

Reliable broadband and quick support.
I was looking for the broadband connection in my property that already had the FTTH connection available. Among 18 providers, I chose ITSFibre as they were the one who contacted me straightaway after my enquiry. Connection was activated within a day. Had a technical problem with connecting (PPOE) and the team even responded on Saturday. It was then resolved on Monday. Since then I had been on this connection for a over a month and the connection is stable and without any issues.
