ItvX is bloody useless!! It's taken me a whole week to watch 3 episodes of a drama!!! Shed load of adverts and glitching and stopping thought the programme.
ItvX gives no shits either!!

Don't attempt to watch anything on here!

Absolutely atrocious

You pay for premium. No adverts then they put a load of trash every 15 minutes. A load of crap

Finally the US TV model has arrived. 2 minutes of the actual show, 4 ads. It’s unwatchable. And the app has taken 24hrs of trying to load to work. And to think ive had to give my email address for this.

The amount of adverts on this app is just disgusting! What a waste of time.

This is an unwatchable channel. 6 advert breaks in a 40 minute programme.

Utter rubbish. Constantly loses place in episode, after waiting through multiple ads you try to move to roughly where you were and yes, another three or fours mins of ads. Complete waste of time.

The Summit is advertised every time their is a break in any program this is far far too much, it is not getting another series and seeing the advert so much I have been put off watching the Summit

I had harboured such tender hope, to witness a World Cup's finale, one last resplendent pageantry upon ITVX's distant screen! 1955 my debut with these miscreants. The stories I could tell of '66, my father a referee sat inside 'Wembley', my mother was staying in a housing complex in Germany! Within those walls, a man did reside, whose past a sinister cloth, he ought be tried!

ITV! was a most beloved companion! Since the day I first beheld the glow of television's infant light, they have been my steadfast witness. How many dramas unfolded in shadow before me, how many triumphs and sorrows etched themselves upon my captivated soul. They have forever inhabited the realms touched by the BBC long ago. Sweet excellence, auntie dear, I stood to cheer, thou now so drear.

Yet ITV, even now in this bitter year, granted me something to cradle within my fading mind—memories precious as worn photographs. And the greatest mercy? It asks nothing of my purse! The BBC? A vulture's feast! Twelve pounds each passing month they drain from our veins! Give ITV the crown, consign the BBC to shadows, the choice seemed simple as breath itself.

Or so I believed in my foolish hope. But ITV chose instead to turn their face from mine. They have forsaken me! I sit alone in my barren space, forever gazing at that distant place. I surrendered my likeness, my countenance, proof absolute of who I am! And what came of such surrender? The World Cup passed, their golden gates shut. I would have paid their tribute, sought their premium blessing, that I might find some balm in my final, withering days. But no.

You are heartless, ITV. Glacially, immeasurably heartless. You have stripped from me that radiant, chaotic tapestry of sporting glory and ruin I have cradled through the long seasons, and you have rendered it ash. You have unmade all that was beautiful.

I have paid to not have adverts but itv have decided that instead of adverts there can show there own ads for programs and interrupt episodes,i am annoyed at this as its still an advert why am I paying not have them but still getting them shame on you itv I will not be renewing my subscription.

ITV x is absolute garbage it buffers all the time when watching on firestick , it’s the only streaming Channel that does this , so it proves how total garbage this particular app is , all other apps work fine on the firestick at 4mb streaming speed , itv x is the only one that needs more than 5mb speeds

Paying for itvx premium and the trailers for other shows are shown quite often through programs your watching. What's the point of paying to remove the ads while you still have to watch trailers for other programs instead

It is basically a scam. You pay £5.99 to get rid of 2 minute ads so you can watch your shows in peace. And they replace the ads with 30 seconds trailers of other TV shows instead. What is the point? Why are we paying? What are we paying for? It's basically shorter ads. Our show is still being interrupted. It is incredibly frustrating and it's incredibly annoying.

ITVX has got to be the worse streaming app, on a fire stick and free view, which shows its an ITVX problem and not my Internet service as all other streaming platforms work fine. It's glitches, buffers, then constantly tells me theres a problem on their end, half way through watching a programme. I'm forever resetting and it's so frustrating as it's been going on for months.
If they recognize 'a problem' on their end, why are they not fixing it.
It's diabolical and from ITV, I'd expect better

this is 2026 we have had HD on youtube for over a decade and yet you at itvx cant even deliver proper HD for the world cup live streams why? the picture blurry when they move around pitch yet on bbc hd there is no blurring? so why cant you stream the football in hd like the bbc does?

Subscribed to premium but excessive ITV content ads . Seriously considering if it's worth it.??? Very frustrating.

I had a spare 10 mins before work so decided to watch a programme from the night before. I had to go through all the adverts then my programme came on for 1 minute!!! Then another round of adverts so in total
11 minutes to watch 1 minute of the program
So had to turn off. Absolutely ridiculous seriously putting me off watching anything on here so frustrating!!

Awful experience. I set up some programs to watch while on holiday. It took several attempts to log into ITVX on the holiday TV. When it finally did log in the programs would not stream. BBC iPlayer and Amazon Prime all streamed without problem. I then tried to cancel my ITVX account, but got stuck in a loop of keep having to sign in and go to my account. I tried to explain the reason for cancelling but there was not enough characters in the box. After several more attempts, I managed to cancel the account. NEVER AGAIN!
