Cancelled my subscription despite me logging on and following instructions.

ITV X is the worst streaming service I have had the misfortune of watching. Whilst the programs are OK the number of advertisements is unbearable. It is unwatchable and I will never watch anything on there again.

Awful, constant buffering and almost unwatchable. I never had issues with the ITV Hub, but ITVX is driving me mad! Terrible choice ITV, please sort it out and bring back the Hub!

Whoever put the ITVX app together it must be a first attempt, well they have completely Failed!
I only joined because Britbox mistakenly moved to these morons.

If I could give it zero stars I would. ‘Freshest’ streaming service really! It’s the worst streaming platform ever. It’s slow, just trying to get onto the program you want is painful. It buffers (I have sufficient broadband) why would anyone want to pay for this service. Get your act together ITV!

This company doesn’t want to improve, they don’t give a s..t. Their premium service to get of ads is bordering on criminal. They have a section on films more than half of which have a caption ‘due to licensing restrictions’ meaning they show adverts. Absolutely disgraceful. If any one ran a company and treated customers with the contempt they do, they would be out of business within weeks.!

itvX app on Apple TV is badly broken.
I have a premium account, carried-over from Britbox, and must now use the itvX app on Apple TV. The app is utterly dysfunctional; much of the time it's like radio (audio only) with a mix of still pictures, blank screens and some video clips. I have a solidly-reliable 1-Gbit/s broadband connection. This is by far the worst streaming app I have ever used, and I have Amazon, Apple TV+, BBC iPlayer, Disney, and Netflix.

The app is very poorly designed and can’t cope with buffering issues. Other streaming apps are much much better.

Absolutely rubbish, watching something it goes to adverts then the episode restarts from the beginning. Such a shame because there is some good stuff on there. I definitely wouldn't pay the subscription

What has happened to ITV
We recently registered to ITVx and watch some programmes on our smart tv.... what a mistake!
We fast forward the ads and after 5mins the screen goes blank... this happens after ad break!
Thank heavens we have a 100% reliable netflix to fall back on.
Netflix is now replacing our tv viewing with the exception of GBNews

Terrible app!! Pay for no ads but everything still has ads in. The app is so slow and unresponsive!

Can’t stop watching a series as it does not pick up where you stopped watching!

Absolutely ruined Britbox!! Immediately unsubscribed.

Can't believe they want to charge premium I've stop watching as fed up of it freezing all the time and the ads so many. I see no-one from itv x comes on trust pilot to defend it.....

Had to give 1star to publish a review why? Anyhow itv should be ashamed of themselves, itvx is utter absolute garbage it stops puts dozens of ads before the program attempts to start, and buffers constantly, for goodness sake itv why don't you just copy iPlayer and employ some decent tech guys, why would anyone pay extra for this out of date crap?

Just watch one episode of series took hours . Good news so many adverts I have bought a break in travel lodge got some whisky and changed to voda phone. And on to very now to buy stuff also got brothers cider and got a fait 600. Changed account to ant and Dec and changed my car insurance to direct line .

Hopeless. Stops,slow unreliable. Says my internet is causing trouble but it's fine. Ipayer Netflix channel 4 and 5 are good. The old itv hub was fine

This is the only app on my Firestick that is problematic. Loading, dropping out and navigating. Atrocious. Ask Amazon, bbc, c4 or apple for help. It needn’t be as bad.

Awful. They make you watch adverts and have the audacity to charge you a premium to not have to watch them.
The service is laggy and difficult to navigate to where you left off.
Very frustrating and I avoid using it.

why is this sooooooooo bad has been for years put in a complaint years ago and still terrible! why i dont understand why? please someone explain!!!! arrgggghhh, i have stopped watching a lot on itv because of the on going issues dating back years but sometimes i want to watch something and cant believe there are the same issues i experienced years ago when i was an avid watcher unbelievable
