Got the item I ordered - so it is not a scam. I could email and correspond and got replies. It took long to deliver but that was customs not them. I was overall satisfied. Thank you.

What made my experience great was that I was sceptical at first, but this team out did themselves, by keeping me informed all the way until delivery, this for me is unheard of in south Africa. So for me, really impressed, keep up the good work ITworkup, I'll be buying real soon again.

Currently the best online store in SA for tech, in my opinion. 1-2k cheaper on Thule bags than the official resellers... Unheard of! Excellent product range and availability. Distributor-level pricing. Never paying retail again.

True to their word on discount:
I created this order after having reviees a different order that I had placed prior. As a result I got more discount than what was listed as a voucher at the top of the order page. This discount allowed me to add an additional item on my order.

True to their word on delivery times:
I received the delivery exactly on the promised timeline.

I was not familier with the company but still placed an order on a Garmin Watch. The price was far better then the other companies. The staff, Timothy, which I have talked to was super friendly and helpful. I received my order in time. Very happy client and will order again with ITworkup. Thanks!

There is a very comprehensive range of products. The prices are very competitive. Online shopping is very user friendly. I chose to collect my order from their premises. The service from staff was excellent.

The whole process of purchasing from ITworkup was very easy and straightforward. The product I ordered was in perfect condition and I'm absolutely loving it.

Was hesitant at first (due to the blog on Mybroadband) , but after receiving my items within the specified timeline with regular updates I am very pleased with ITWorkup and this could become a potential alternative to Evetech due to the reasonable prices. My items were Literally 20% cheaper than anywhere else on the internet.

Will add that the packaging could be improved, but nothing was damaged, so i remain satisfied.

I had not heard of this company, so before I placed an order for a hard drive with them, I decided to go physically check them out. I met with a very friendly Timothy who showed me around and gained my confidence in this very new business.

I must say at 1st I was very sceptical shopping online for a tablet and hearing IT Workup for the 1st time. I saw the reviews were slightly mixed bit mostly good overall. They were really helpful but only via emails. Timothy was really great, informative and friendly, what I like is that they have offices in Midrand to pay and collect. Only shipping toke some time but everything was working and exactly what I ordered, definitely recommend the company, only thing is if you're willing to wait approximately 2 weeks but unmatched prices to rivals.
