There was a fault with my Air 4 in 1 Starter Kit and Melanie was a huge help - really quick response and got me a replacement that worked brilliantly the next day. Really appreciated the help, thanks a lot Melanie!
Issue with 2400, contacted Customer Sevice and Melanie couldn’t have been more helpful. Replacement organised promptly and efficiently, greatest thanks again!
I recently brought the 4in1 and the 2in1 IVG air kits as well as some extra pods for both machines as I was going abroad
The 4in1 worked great, but the 2in1 machine didn’t work and wouldn’t charge up so was left with just the 4in1 for my holidays.
Sent an email asking for an exchange or refund but still have not heard anything back, this was about 2 weeks ago

Experienced a problem which they have sorted (tops came off cartridges as soon as turned so 2400 4in1 couldn't be used). They are sending a replacement (hopefully soon)
Have another one, just turned to cartridge 4 and the battery has died so now can't get full use of another product. 1/4 of £12.99 can't be used which is frustrating!
So really this needs looking into as the battery life doesn't fit with the product. If you are selling something to be able to use the 4 cartridges, then you have to make a product which has the longevity of being able to which this unfortunately doesn't.

My wife purchased two 2400 4 in 1 vape both had a faulty chamber.I spoke to Melanie Wilson and she ordered two replacements which have just arrived speedy 100% service from her
I have ordered a few items to be delivered to the local post office.
At IVG and DPD the order shows as delivered, but the local post office doesn't have it.
I have contacted them a few times but no response at all - be aware that if your order does not arrive, you will have to contact your card provider with all written evidence to get your money back!

I’ve had great customer service from IVG. I had written a poorish review of one of their IVG Air 4 in 1 vapes about failures in the battery. Shaun emailed me within hours with an apology and then I received a replacement for the 2 faulty pods the next day. The IVG Air rechargeable is a great concept, and the flavours are good. If there is a problem, the customer service team are reassuringly quick to respond so you can buy with confidence.

Great experience with customer service. My vape was not working properly when it was clicked into place and I emailed customer service about this. They have offered to send a replacement all within less than 24 hours of my original email.
Shaun was my customer service agent and I was very pleased with the promptness and the communication I received

Seriously not one to email a company with an issue, but I did and wow the customer service representative shaun was amazing! All resolved and so happy.
Give this man a raise or a good Christmas bonus, because he handled my issue with a professional level not often found in the email department. Very happy indeed

Absolutely phenomenal customer service, Had a vape that wasn't working out of the box so I reached out to IVG and within MINUTES they were in touch and sent out a replacement free of charge. Would highly recommend

I ordered a product and paid extra for next day delivery and it's been three days and I've received nothing and no response to customer care from 2 different emails regarding the same order number... I've been scammed

Awful customer service, didn’t have items in stock so I asked for replacement. Ignored that request and sent me a refund which wasn’t even the correct amount! £4.95 x 3 is not £12! Stuck with a rechargeable vape and no pods to actually put in it. Why sell things that you don’t have in stock. So dishonest! AVOID!

I placed an order ten days ago, and there has been no update or trace of its status. Despite sending multiple emails and reaching out via Twitter, my inquiries have been ignored.
Buying from them again? Never!

Rubbish customer service. 2 of my disposables stopped working instantly, never heard back from them. Pre ordered the new rechargeable vapes, still not arrived. They asked me to swap something but it said all items fulfilled so I couldn’t. No response on the phone, email or Instagram. I want my items or my money back.

As a smoker of 42 years and the occasional try to give up period in between and failing miserably, i am now pleased to say i have been stopped smoking cigarettes for over 2 years
all thanks to the help of IVG 50/50 E-Liquids (Menthols)
I could not believe the similarity of the draw of a cigarette to the draw on a Vaporesso Vape with the IVG liquid. from the day i started Vaping to now i have not touched one single cigarette the transition was just so easy. my 2 favourite liquids are
1. Just Menthol
2. Ice Menthol
Only trouble is they are constantly Out of Stock.. Cant see how as they are the manufacturers.
i have tried to find out from customer service when they will be back in, but they never reply !!!!
