Purchased 2 items from Ivy & Rose believing they were a Australian company based in Melbourne, paid $116.00 on sale and when they finally arrived the items were of inferior quality and not like what the website said. I was offered a 15% refund and I could keep the items or return to China for full refund at my cost of $60-$80.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT USE ANY OF THE IVY ROSE SITES!
Clothing ordered in April not received until weeks later and only after dispute raised with my bank. Tried to cancel order or at least find out status - absolutely no response. Cannot return goods as I don't have a valid address. Very shoddy workmanship.

I ordered a Daisy Watercolour shirt in April. I checked the website, definitely in Melbourne and a promise of immediate delivery. 4 weeks later a package arrives from Shanghai; nothing like what I ordered, cheap fabric a different print and worst of all an extra piece of fabric sewn right across the front to make it the same length as the back. The website disappeared, no phone response.
Do not but from this fake company who rip people off and do not refund.
btw I did check the reviews and they were highly commendable, again obviously fake.

Scammers!! Do not buy from this company. Very poor quality and will not respond for returns or refunds.

Took ages to arrive, quality poor, size not true and colour different.
I am having no success in trying to return the garment

I paid $90 for a chiffon dress that was not more than a single piece of material sewn into the shape of a small person with no tags, of poor quality with no lining or structure (comletely see through). It was not shipped for several weeks and not until I threatened to lodge a complaint about them. The company does not respond to any emails or calls. What a rip off!

Dreadful experience. The dress quality is appalling. I wanted a refund but they offered 20% and keep the dress. I finally, after 5 emails got a China address to send the dress to. I recognised the address and knew I wouldn’t get a refund. I have now emailed another 3 times asking for the 20% without response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Like everyone else I got tricked into thinking it was a local company. Normally I read reviews before I buy but must have had a brain fade. Only one of my 3 garments can be worn, absolutely inferior fabric and very poorly made. Can’t contact them of course. Dudded.

This is scam website made to look legitimate. The clothes are sent directly from China and are extremely poor quality. There is no way to return goods and the support email bounces back as not existing.

Ordered sandals and they were nothing like the picture. They use cheap vinyl for the uppers and microfibre linings and look like someone put them together in their back shed. They dont fit and are unwearable. They come from China,take weeks to arrive and are not usable when they do. Its a con and I am embarrassed to be caught out again. I would give it a half star because,technically, they did send something but it was not worth receiving. A CON.

Ivy Melbourne appear to be a Chinese Company without a presence in Australia selling Chinese Clothing Shoes Bags etc under names that don't exist

My experience has been the same as everyone else’s here - charged in USD and then charged a subscription payment and no goods have arrived. I have been emailing the dodgy company ‘Pawneecheck’ and they are quite responsive but it’s all generic and they can’t supply tracking details despite telling me my order had already been shipped. However, I’ve just had two payments refunded to my credit card from Pawneecheck. It’s very weird and I’m keeping a close eye on things. The refunds aren’t quite the same amounts as the charges, but that could be due to the exchange rate? It’s a total scam, but these refunds are an odd turn of events and make me suspicious of what will happen next!
Update - Only one refund actually came through and to my surprise, my order arrived as well. It’s definitely not a nice leather bag though - cheap vinyl. I’ve since seen the advertisement on instagram again, but under a new name. Don’t purchase!

Do not purchase from this sight, I Purchased a bag however the transaction was in USD and another transaction was then debited from my card . When you purchase you apparently sign up for a subscription to another company in Cyprus, this is misleading and fraudulent!

Purchased a bag, well so I thought hasnt arrived, and another payment was taken from my card but luckily the bank contacted me before this purchase and it was stopped! Do not buy from this scam!

I ordered a leather handbag from this supplier however when it arrived i have found out it is a cheap vinyl product. I am seeking a refund. UPDATE 8 FEBRUARY (the next day) my email asking for a refund was not accepted by the website server. My message did not even get through their server! They are NOT genuine.

Advertised as an Australian company but the $39.95 was apparently US and immediately changed to $61.
The "handmade leather bag" is cheap plastic and a good size for a 5 year old child. DO NOT BUY. I reported them for fraud and cancelled my card within minutes.

Avoid, don't click, don't pay. Even if you feel oh - an Australian company is closing down. Since then Instagram has shown me the same products advertised on different business profiles. So be aware, that if this one is stopped, others are there as the same scam.

I have experienced exactly the same results as previous reviewers with Ivy Melbourne. 1 star is 1 star way too much. It would be great is there was a place I could tick on no stars with a huge thumbs down.
I made a purchase in Aust dollars amounting to $29.95 with free freight on 27-1-24 and I received a strange looking invoice in US dollars. In my bank account an amount of $1.14 was added and noted as a fee, then converted to $AU46.96. Then on 3-2-24 another amount of $AU79.21 was deducted. I became suspicious as the latest entry had the same reference number as the first entry. I phoned my bank who cancelled my card and arranged for a new card to be sent.
