Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. We were sent the wrong log storage (due to the supplier labelling the boxes incorrectly) and Ivyline arranged for the incorrect package to be picked up and the correct one to be dropped off within that week. Furthermore when it transpired that the log store we had bought was too big for our space Ivyline line helped us to organise a return when we couldnât order it through DPD or the Post Office. Couldnât recommend them highly enough.
