jacob was exceptional! He went far above and beyond to help us get our snag resolved. He spent a lot of time with us and everything is now working wonderfully. He was very patient and we really appreciate his service.

The initial support I received was unhelpful, and actually recommended that I do something unrelated to my problem. However, Victor's follow-up support completely resolved the issue. He even took the additional step to explain to me what he had done and why the initial recommendation had been incorrect. Thank you!

Helped us get back things to working with a short response time

General review, not just for this particular instance, but IWF overall for me has the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable support staff out of just about any online service I’ve used since ohhhh 2005 or so when I started interacting with such entities somewhat regularly. Consistently positive interactions and competent results and just wanted to pass along how great that is.

Very impressed with the fast turnaround for setting up new reseller account and migrate 20 cPanel accounts to their server promptly. Highly recommended.

Immediate attention, genuine concern, ability to fix the problem, courteous in response. Excellent in every way.

Wonderful Datacenter in USA.
I have been with iwebfusion for 8 months now and a single downtime didn't come still. Servers are very powerful ever and the Evan great man helped me each time with everything. The support team is also awesome and the pricing is also very reasonable. Thanks a lot for a wonderful experience.

Zero complaints. I bought just 1 month of hosting to see how this company works, and I definitely stick to them. Tech support is on guard. And rates are easy on the pocket book. Thanks!

Technician did not listen to my issue; did not try to resolve my issue; was exceedingly lazy and disgustingly stubborn in refusing to resolve my issue; ultimately, did not resolve my issue and pat himself on the back as though he did. I would tell the tech the problem and he did not fix it.

Also this has been the same problem for months now; so all the technicians are either incompetent or lazy. This is not a business, but a huge scam. I am now looking for actual businesses that can provide real service, rather than waste any more of my time and money.

Honestly, they should be legally prosecuted as thieves.

I took advantage of a special they were running, and I wasn't quite ready to get the server. The staff was very easy in helping me with a pre-order so I wouldn't lose out on the deal for what I needed. I was even offered an upgrade and decided to take it. They were very prompt in answering questions I had and additional features I requested. Once I had access to the server, it was beyond my expectations and loading up my software went like a charm. Everything is fast and no glitches at all. The date shown is not the initial contact and they stayed in touch with me until they had the server provisioned. From initial contact to having the server they went above and beyond having everything I needed. Highly Recommended if you're looking for a staff that cares about you needs!
