iWebFusion レビュー

These folks have provided an amazing service for over a decade now.

Exceptional support as always; fast and responsive.

Great service. Went out of your way to make the web site work. Thanks. I have had nothing but great help from iWebFusion in migrating my websites.

Thank you so much

Very fast and professional. They respond quickly and get to solving the issue in a matter of minutes.

Fast answer, to the point, no PR "your satisfaction is important to us and we are here to help you. Bla bla bla" bs, no AI, got to a human immediately.

I could not figure this out but your tech team sent me back a response that walked me through making these changes to my site to hide my Whois info.

Your techs online and through email are excellent and one of the biggest reasons I have remained a customer of many years.

Could access other websites but not my company site. iWebFusion verified server was running (no surprise there), then determined my cable provider had network issue they claimed would be resolved soon. Hours later, cable ISP giving me runaround, but iWF was able to update me on their progress. Service finally restored more than 24 hours later & my server had been working whole time. Wish cable companies were as reliable as iWebFusion. Been a customer for 4 years & every interaction so far has been positive.

Good stuff, thanks for the quick response

Tim was a great rep and helped explain my problem in an easy to understand manner.

if you quickly answer for tickets and quickly setup vps's, this website will be the best

I found there what I was looking for. Even better, their customer support helped me all the way. I recommend them as professionals.

I found this hosting service to be reasonably priced and full-featured. I only opened a ticket once, and that was when I needed to cancel my hosting plan as I was not using it anymore. The customer service team responded quickly and were very nice. I would recommend this hosting service and if I have another website, will most likely use them again.

The best customer service I have ever received from a hosting company. They did an exceptional job from presale to migration of my hosting. These guys are underrated and they deserve the best!

iWebFusion has been my hero since day one. I came from a 15-year relationship with GoDaddy and let me say it was wonderful to talk to someone who understood the products and talked to me like a human being.

I was contacted right after my order was submitted to verify my identity and then my VPS was set up within hours (I placed my order after midnight) and all my websites were fully moved and FASTER THAN EVER within 2 days.

These guys have been responsive anytime I need help and they aren't trying to upsell or price out products just to make an extra buck or meet quotas.

Best decision I've made in years!

iWebFusion has been excellent to work with. Within my first two months, I've seen a significant learning gap that has closed for me. iWebFusion's support team has been very quick to answer my sometimes stupid questions with kindness, patience, and respect. Highly recommend this company to others looking for quality web hosting providers.

Three months... no problems... good so far!

After way too long dealing with issues, I finally looked around for a new webhost. I came across iWebFusion on Reddit. Did some more digging and liked what I saw. I called with a few quick questions and the phone was answer immediately. Three month so far with no problems. Great available packages. Competitive pricing.

I had asked a billing question and they answered it w/in 20 minutes (maybe less)!

Fast support,
questions answered in good time and with a good level of detail

Victor Vișan is an amazing and helpful customer service representative. They walked me through the process of setting up my website and handling the DNS and I came back to the chat at least 5 times across multiple hours and they were helpful and patient each time.
