I know some Webhosting will charge you to help you with malware attacks.

I got mine included in my subscription plus the support from Iwebfusion is amazing. My decision to move from Siteground has been great and so far the journey has been great with Iwebfusion

Iwebfusion support was able to update my PHP software to the latest version after I placed a ticket. I know some hosts allow you to manage PHP yourself but this was my first time building a site and they were able to respond super quick I really didn't have to wait long.

I had a problem, opened a ticket and got it resolved within the same day. I don't even think 2 hours passed

I had to migrate my web hosting for a couple sites to iWebFusion. Tech support was easy to reach, and they basically ended up doing it for me. We had to email back and forth a bunch of times, but I was worried about the difficulty of doing it on my own, and was relieved that they were able to do it for me in 1-2 days. Not sure if they provide this service all the time but I'm appreciative they did it for me. Definitely saved me a huge headache.

I was a new client of iWF and was going through the stressful process of migration after being with the same host for more than 20 years. There was an issue with my IP address while trying to setup my new account. Support was quick and friendly and had my account working again in no time.
