El pedido ha llegado bien

NO HAN ENVIADO EL PRODUCTO PESE A QUE ME ENVIAN EL NUMERO DE TRUCKING DE UPS. eL CUAL ME DICE QUE ES MENTIRA

Hice el pedido y me pusieron que máximo el 16 lo tendría, primero contestaban tonterías a los correos de reclamaciones y ya ni contesta, al final voy a denunciar ante la oficina de consumo, ni siquiera me dicen dónde está mi pedido

DO NOT BUY HERE. If i could give 0 stars i would!!!!! On 29-09 i ordered a pair of UGGs, it is now almost a month later and i haven’t received my shoes or any sort of tracking number or confirmation e-mail. I sent 4 E-MAILS!!!!! and they are all left unanswered.. I got scammed out of my hard earned money and now there is nothing to do about it. Don’t order here if you dont like throwing money away..

Bestellungen werden nie versendet, zum Glück mit Käuferschutz/Klarna bezahlt. Nicht kaufen !

I made an order off NIKE dunk low light smoke grey with 48hours delivery. One week later still haven't received the sneakers or any tracking information...

I sended an email at izicop and they are checking with logistics... They didn't deliver the goods in the promised time so I asked for a refund (pending).

I hope they respond and are honest enough to pay me back.

update: 3 weeks after making the order, they haven't payed me back and claiming they did...

They say there was delay because of authentication... This is disturbing because this never takes weeks inside EU so the sneakers must come outside EU?
Doubt sneakers are legit.

But my order is canceled because the process just took weeks and weeks and I thought I was being scammed.

They claimed they did a refund but I didn't got one.
I went to the police and filed in an official charge.
I went to my bank and explained everything.
I contacted VivaWallet and explained everything.
I kept mailing izicop multiple times a week.

To all customers who are being mistreated or scammed, keep mailing izicop till they respond!

After one month they finally refunded me correctly!

I don't know what is wrong but this is very suspicious and recommens not ordering anything for this website.

I withdraw the police charge because I finally got my refund. But keeping the bad review for obvious reasons.

A encomenda ainda nao chegou , ja enviei mail, ao qual me dizeram para escrever em ingles, o que nao se entende, uma vez que hoje em dia se consegue traduzir... e ja nao responderam mais, estou a ver que fiquei sem tenis e sem dinheiro.

Sono estremamente soddisfatto del mio recente acquisto su questo sito. Ho acquistato due paia di scarpe Adidas Samba e sono rimasto colpito dalla qualità e dalla precisione del servizio. Le scarpe sono esattamente come le immaginavo, e la spedizione è stata veloce. Non vedo l'ora di indossarle. Grazie mille!

Good quality product but shipping had long delay

Very fast shipping. Hassle-free payment. I was constantly informed about the stage of shipment. Only the shoe box could have been in better condition. But it's not a problem.

Sneakers correspond to the originals. Customer support communication is good. The only drawback is that they don't say how long it takes to receive it and in my case it took a month to receive it. Which was a nuisance as it was for a birthday present. That's why I don't give it 5 stars. Delivery time needs to be improved.

Nickel livraison sous 3 semaines habituelle quand on commande des jordans sur la plupart des sites. Bon prix.

8-9 een tas besteld, mails worden niet beantwoord.
1x een mail gehad dat de bestelling vertraagd is omdat er iets geautoriseerd moet worden,daarna hoor je niets meer. Bij de automatisch gestuurde mail staat dat de reactie even kan duren ivm de drukte van de zomerperiode, het is oktober.
Weet nog steeds niet of ik wel of niet de bestelling nog krijg.

Nu na ruim 2 maanden is de bestelling zomaar geanuleerd en krijg daar geen verklaring voor. Het artikel staat gewoon nog op de website.
