Très bon service livraison rapide et suivi efficace

Ho fatto un ordine i primi di settembre, ad oggi dopo praticamente un mese non ho ricevuto la merce, nessun tracking e nessuna risposta dal servizio clienti. NON FIDATEVI È UNA TRUFFA purtroppo… spero di riuscire a riavere almeno i miei soldi ma a questo punto ne dubito…

Betrüger!! Nach Bestellung 2 monate nichts gehört und nach emails bekommt man nur die automatische Email zurück sonst nichts. Zum Glück gerade mein geld über paypal wiedergeholt

It's been over 2 months since I shopped with Izicop and still awaiting any idea where the shoes have ended up. Like many customers on here, I too have been charged for an item I'm yet to receive. To compound matters further Izicop frequently posts new releases on their Instagram page — whilst simultaneously ignoring customer emails about the whereabouts of their orders. At this point, I thoroughly lack all appetite for the sneakers I purchased from Izicop and would just like to be reimbursed for my purchase and put this nauseating experience behind me. I have just submitted a report to DGCCRF and to the European Consumer Rights office and I recommend those of you who have waited months for your purchases without any communication from Izicop to do the same. These scammers have got to go.

Les he enviado mas de quince mensajes a contact y no lo solucionan. No sirve de nada más enviar mensajes.

Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero de inmediato, le he mandado muchos emails y no hacen nada.

Shirt besteld op 2-7-2023 en nog steeds niet binnen.
Al meer dan 6 mails gestuurd + via Instagram proberen te communiceren maar er wordt nergens op gereageerd.
Hopelijk krijg ik het shirt nog binnen of m’n geld terug maar ik ben er bang voor…
