Last year I bought a waterproof winter jacket: Stirnberg Ins Jkt W. The jacket provides perfect warmth while walking but is not waterproof! After fifteen minutes of rain, the inside of my pockets is soaking wet, as is my chest (behind the zipper). I expected better quality from Jack Wolfskin since it's not cheap.
The two stars are for the good website and delivery.

I sent a return back and have not received my refund. Despite multiple emails and contacting their customer service rep - there is no urgency to get things done. I paid via PayPal and escalated the case to them. I will never order from them again. They are horrible.
