I haven't jeatd anything from customer service, as to what is happening & its been 7 days. All I have is a confirmation of purchase email nothing else. No information regarding if the coat has been dispatched or anything regarding delivery. It would be good to keep customers informed of this information, a phone call or an email to explain what is happening, that's all we want. You want our custom then treat me as an after thought.

The red letters on the jacket wasn’t like the jacket that I saw at the stadium, it cheap looking didn’t look good at all, if I knew it was going to look like that I wouldn’t have purchases it!

Unfortunately it’s a copy of the original jacket that I tried to order. They used fake pictures too. I’m very disappointed. When I ask for a return, they gave me an address from Pakistan which would have cost me over $100 to send back. It’s not bad quality it’s just not what I ordered.

The jacket that I order turned out great. I was a little concerned on how it might fit but it turned out perfectly. 😊😊😊😊😊

Our grandson who lives across the country selected a jacket from Jacketsthreads as a gift. I had some concerns since I had not heard of the company before and have had a bad experience with an online order (also selected by a grandkid) with another company. On Jacketsthreads site it was simple to place an order. The order receipt was quickly delivered to my e-mail and included customer support contact information. I did e-mail a question that was quickly, accurately, and politely by Maria in customer support. I don’t think that I have ever gotten such prompt and helpful customer support from as I got from Jacketsthreads. We got a thank you from the recipient today. He was very happy to get his jacket.
It is great to do business with a company that responds to customer questions in such a professional manner.

Very happy. Took a bit of time to arrive but I knew that from the start and Customer Service advised of timescales. Jacket arrived and fitted really well which was the best part as is usually problematic ordering online. Awesome!!!

The Carol Danvers Captain Marvel Jacket I ordered is EXCEPTIONAL and was delivered to me in less than the 2 weeks promised! The quality of the jacket is beautiful, the stitching is gorgeous, the measurements are spot on and overall the jacket is a vision to the eyes. I would like to express my sincere thanks to JacketsThreads, and to the seamstress(es) who took the time (and put the love into) hand creating my PERFECT jacket.

I had ordered a jacket, which unfortunately was delivered to me in a version that had not been ordered.
I contacted the company. I got feedback immediately. The conversation was very friendly and pleasant.
The correct execution of the jacket was sent to me in a very short time. I was allowed to keep the wrong jacket. I just had to pay the shipping costs for the correct jacket.
I am very excited. Absolutely to be recommended.
