First experience not great,

So far, paid for a garment, have received a tracking reference for delivery, when I use the tracking reference it comes up blank, and the courier ( Skynet worldwide) email details come up as invalid off their own website, contacted Jacket Threads , got no response, not good when spending hundreds of pounds.
