Dom was always at the end of the phone or email when I needed help for the purchase of my first property. Dom was instrumental in getting the exchange/completion to happen even though the onward chain were wavering.

Simply excellent, no other words. Really urgent property transaction, instructed on 14th December, ready to exchange contracts on 21st. The property is a repossession and a cash purchase. Dominic Byrne has been brilliant, led by Angela Hesketh. Great team of experts. Many thanks!

Susie Lennard is the person you want! She's absolutely fantastic to work with, so proactive and responsive. She never makes you feel silly for asking a question (and boy did I ask a few...).

I’ve used Jackson Lees several times for conveyancing. I can not thank them enough for the hard work they have put it, I always get given the same case manager (Dan) which makes relationships easier. My emails and phonecalls always get a same day, often within the hour response. I’ve had 2 particularly difficult purchases go through, due to problems with land registry and Dan was fantastic throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Jackson Lees for conveyancing.

We recently used Jackson Lees for a house sale and the conveyancer who looked after our case, Susie Lennard, was superb. The sale proved to be a lengthy and complicated process due to the age of the building but Susie's expertise and professionalism helped smooth things over.
