I disliked the fact that I have paid for the service and the prisoner my son having to still pay to call me so I am paying both roads which is running expensive

Such a good service

Such a good service! Saves inmate using their money too so it's just one fee! I love the service.

False advertisement

False advertisement. Uses inmates.credit.still and prices go right up once you've bought minutes once. Yes dislike a refund or some extra.minutes to use would be fine

WASTE OF MONEY

Bought and was not able to be used in Peterborough prison. Never got to use it.
Waste of money.

We only got to use you once as he moved…

We only got to use you once as he moved jail but such a great service and i got a refund on my 2nd go as we werent gunna use it. Thanks for your services

Knowing I can still speak to my partner…

Knowing I can still speak to my partner and the kids can still speak to there daddy even when he has no credit on his account is amazing. Would highly recommend using Jailtele if your loved one is in prison. By Best thing I’ve even signed up for, for my partner.
