While the services is good that you can get a call wherever you are an your not Stuck in the house waiting on a call sometimes the phone on the jail end doesn’t let the inmate know that the phones ringing out other than that good service

I bought an 0800 number thinking my brother who is in prison will get completely free calls but the prisons blatantly don’t allow these numbers for prisoners.

Very pleased, easy to use (although I haven't tried to renew for further month)

Would have been 5 star if I was notified before my credit ran out

Unfortunately the prison Where my inmate is as wouldn’t accept the number . The customer service team did not hesitate it firstly sending my guidelines to show the prison to persuade them to change there mind ( this particular prison was just been awkward) and secondly they refunded me money . I would definitely recommend them 👌

It took a long time to sort out a phone line but actually I never had any problems from your side and I have always had speedy reply’s on all concerns customer service is really good thanks so much this service is very valuable when you have someone you care for inside

I was told about this company by someone who had signed up to several different systems but recommended this as the best they had come across.
I looked at the website for the options available and contacted them with a list of queries. All my questions were answered quickly and patiently and all options explained to me and which one would be best for me based on what I had requested.
I decided to sign up for the 0800 service so that I could cover the full cost of the phone calls.
This is definitely the best way to keep in touch. Credit on the prison system doesn't go anywhere as far as this does.
I wish I had heard of this system earlier. I have been able to speak to my loved one everyday. Our family would totally recommend this service to anyone as you can stay in regular contact and not wait wondering if your loved one is ok as they have run out of credit on their phone account.
Amazing customer service received every time I've contacted them with any query no matter how silly.
So quick and easy to set up. Only delay was the prison doing what they needed to. Sign up for this and stay in touch with your loved one.

Sorry dont agree that u cant carry.mins over when I purchased a 1000 mins and only used 14

It is usually good although sometimes we can't get through or the call will just drop out unexpectedly.

Easy to set up and top up but still expensive

JailTele offer a great service it enables prisoners to call friends & family on their mobiles at a reduced rate. It can also enable a prisoner to call them at no cost to themselves as the bill is paid by the family member or friend. The customer Service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company if you want to keep in touch with a person in prison.
