Trustworthy and good customer service. Very easy to use system that is adaptable and easy to access online. Much better than another company I'd tried earlier.

We're using answer.co.uk which is excellent. We get an email and text whenever someone calls and this service is excellent for our usage.

Excellent service during set-up, very easy, costs are very straight forward and one or two minor issues dealt with promptly by the customer service team. All round excellent facility for business.

I know that if I was calling a Company and it went onto answerphone then I would carry on to the next one.

Now I know that all my calls are answered properly and I will be alerted on my mobile and a back-up email within seconds.

No need for extra lines either as I have rigged my phone line to divert to them when the line is engaged too. I like the fact that you have control over the internet which is activated upon immediately.
