Really disappointed with James Lakeland. I bought what I thought was a size 16 coat as a gift for my mom’s 70th birthday. Wrapped and presented it to her last week. When she opened it the coat had a size 16 paper label on it but inside it was a size 8!! I am now having to return the garment and hoping I will get a full refund as you normally only have 14 days! So disappointed! The one positive was the helpful lady I spoke to in customer services, called Sabine.

As a first time email customerI was impressed with quick efficient service.Lovely touch of tissue wrapped dress,inside parcel,making the dress less creased.

I ordered 3 sale items on line having first bought a full price item from Fenwicks (which I was pleased with)
Only one of the online items fitted and I wanted to return the other two but a note in the packaging said I couldn’t. Had this been made clear when I ordered I wouldn’t have ordered at all.

Beautiful coat, sadly the fit was not right for my body shape.
Return process could have done with more communication.

Although refund in full was received as communicated.

Good quality clothing, delivered quickly.

Lovely warm jumper, the material is so soft,ideal for the cold months ahead.Comes large so i would advise to buy a size down from your usual size.I usually have a size 16 but in this jumper a 14 would have fitted better.

Very happy with all my purchases! The tops were a good colour and I wanted the skirt but missed out so when it was on the sale page I snapped it up! Quick delivery to.

The dress is beautiful and fits well.

Beautiful dress, beautifully made. Had lovely complements. Material has some stretch to it. My bust is size 37 1/2 inches and the size 10 was a perfect fit. Very pleased with everything.

I am most impressed with both quality and the service. I would recommend them to anyone and I will certainly be purchasing from them again un the not too distant future

Beautiful dress, delivered promptly. Wish it was lined, but with the sale, was good value for money.

The black ruffled dress is lovely, but unfortunately did not fit as I hoped it would.

Dress arrived without a button in the neckline and a stitch in the middle of the skirt. So disappointing after paying £250/- quid.
