The sales reps at Supa Centre were very informative and accommodating! We bought sofa there and it's the fluffiest sofa ever - we've tried other stores and honestly nothing compares.
Delivery was very quick and early.
Definitely recommended.

We bought a couch from Liverpool store, the sales person was very helpful & professional. We bought a couple of things & will definitely go back for more. The furniture is amazing quality, looks great, easy to assemble & very comfy! Reasonable price too.

Had the best experience shopping at your Burleigh store, Chris was very helpful ensuring all my questions were answered, checking delivery times, availability, quotes etc. Great customer service all round. Will definitely be back and have already raved to my family and friends.

The experience I had was nothing but the best. I had the nicest lady ever inn Ann help me. She was the greatest it was like talking to my mum. More than helpful and just really cool.

James Lane delivery time slot given late yesterday (day before) was 6am-8am exp arrival time IME this super early 6am time is unheard of. 7am onwards would be far more appropriate or at least ask us if this is suitable. The txt notifications were timely enough.
The $189 delivery fee is quite high & they didnt unpack items nor take the packaging away - not a good outcome. We had far superior recent delivery experiences from their major competitors.
The Box the large clock came in was badly damaged. We are hoping the clock works ok, it appears undamaged.
When unpacked, the Tallboy was missing the screws for the legs which were wrapped up & inside a drawer. So annoying & inconvenient that the screws were omitted from the packaging. Later when opening 1 of the drawers a rustle was heard & the screws had been taped inside the cavity of the frame & well behind the drawers. We may never have found them. Luckily i could fit my hand in between the drawers & grab the packet as i could not remove any of the drawers. Very poor show. James Lane should be insisting on some serious Quality Control with their products & an apology for the inconvenience.

Great staff assistance at the Newstead store and at the pick up warehouse at Richlands.
Very comfortable chair.
Assembly instructions not easy to follow and assembly quite difficult. Assembly pack did not include the spring washes listed in the pack contents but these were easily obtained from Bunnings. Just a little frustrating.
Very happy with the Portofino Accent Chair.

It was the first time we visited a James Lane store in Preston. There were great sales, and we decided to buy an ottoman. Next day we wanted to buy a matching blanket box, called them and they kept it aside for us. They responded quickly and were friendly.

I always get the best service and price at the Toowoomba store. The ladies are so helpful and friendly. I never leave disappointed.

Staff member Helen at Robina was great. Knew her product and went out of her way to help us.

Customer service was excellent, Nicola was amazing. Only thing is, when we tried a mattress in store it was confortable, and since day one with the new mattress it feels im sleeping on the floor. We did buy extra firm, but that is another level of firm. Not sure what to do now as was expensive matress :(

Customer service at the Macgregor store was exceptional. The Athens table is beautiful. The delivery team were fantastic and went above and beyond.

Faulty rug 8 months old. I put in a claim as the edge of the rug is fraying and the glue is seeping through the edging. I was told it’s wear. This fault is in 3 places along 2 edges of the rug. It’s clearly a fault and have been advised we don’t have a claim. I wouldn’t purchase from James Lane again after this experience.

James Lane was so easy to deal with, delivery was quick. And my delivery drivers were amazing, so friendly, quick efficient and put my couch together for me. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

My wife and I had such a pleasant experience today at the Logan store with sales lady Cath, who simply couldn’t do enough to help and support us. We felt that we were genuinely listened to and guided towards choosing our new furniture as she literally carried pieces back and forth, and occasionally challenged our choices. Happy to say we finished with placing a significant order for most of the furniture we set out to buy! Thanks Cath.

Purchased two accent chairs from James Lane. Found the staff very friendly and helpful but not pushy. The chairs were in stock and we had them delivered within a couple of days. We received a phone call the previous day to let us know expected time of delivery and also a text message. The chairs arrived on time and look terrific in our living area. James Lane have trendy modern furniture at affordable prices. Would recommend to our friends.
