I purchased a TV cabinet online, and it arrived with a major manufacturing fault. The drawers are completely misaligned. One drawer sits proud of the cabinet and wonât close properly, leaving a large, obvious gap, while the other drawers are uneven and donât line up with each other. Itâs impossible to achieve a flush finish, making the unit look poorly made and defective.
I sent multiple clear photos showing the issue and requested a full refund, along with collection of the faulty item. Instead of taking responsibility for selling a defective product, their customer service suggested that I go out and buy replacement drawer runners myself and, as a âgesture of goodwill,â theyâd reimburse me just $50. Expecting a customer to repair a brand-new faulty cabinet at their own expense is completely unacceptable.
I immediately rejected this proposal and reiterated that I wanted a full refund. Since then, I have sent four follow-up emails, all of which have been ignored. Iâve also tried calling multiple times, but I cannot get through to anyone.
The photos clearly show the defect, yet this company has refused to provide an appropriate resolution and has effectively stopped communicating altogether. Selling faulty furniture is one thing; ignoring customers after the sale is even worse.
Avoid this business. If your order arrives defective, donât expect them to honour their obligations or provide any meaningful customer service.

Marshall floating tv unit is a scam and is not what you think it is. The brackets they give you is for a brick wall! Not a plaster wall. No one in modern houses these days have brick walls inside! There are also NO HOLES FOR THE CABLES! Worst product Iâve ever bought. We had to drill holes for the cords and buy our own brackets to put it on the wall. A worker named Gil is now offering us compensation due to all of these issues. I just hope they take a serious look at this product and realise itâs misleading.
