Owen & Tom were on time, super friendly & really professional. I felt very comfortable with them in my home & all of my items were delivered perfectly. Many thanks - 10/10 service

From start to finish, I received excellent service. Items were removed carefully and efficiently, thank you Tom and Owen.

Owen, Tom, Harvey and Ed were thoroughly focused, attentive, communicative, reassuring, calm, methodical , good humoured , very hardworking, thorough and excellent in every respect.

They’ve been great - good value, flexible pickups and the team are really professional. Owen & Tom who returned our things were courteous, friendly and extremely careful navigating our furniture around difficult corners. Would highly recommend

I can't say how HAPPY I am with JAM STORAGE 😀 Everything from the customer service to the price they charge is EXCELLENT... It's almost to good to be true.
Rute was my point of contact and was always polite and had all the answers and reassurance I needed at all times. Harvey & Owen delivered my belongings that where in storage and where very attentive and polite. 8 can't remember the 2 guys names that picked up my stuff but they where as attentive and polite as Owen & Harvey plus they worked in the heatwave so hats off to them as it was extremely hot... All in all I cannot fault JAM STORAGE in any way and I wouldn't hesitate to be using them again in the future and will definitely be recommending them to family & friends who are in need of such service.
THANKS TO ALL YOU GUYS AT JAM STORAGE FOR LOOKING AFTER MY WORLD FOR ME 😍😍😍

Tom and Owen were on time, polite, efficient and helpful. Excellent service.

Really good service! They are very well organised, and Owen and Tom, who picked up everything, were very professional and friendly. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Jake A-W went above and beyond when I needed to access the storage unit and identify items to be delivered. Can’t thank him and Harvey enough who helped to re pack the unit in a way that will make partial delivery so much easier and allow me to go ahead with a move next week. Everyone on site, including the site manager (didn’t catch his name!) were so incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service all round. Thank you!

Owen and Marvey handled my collection and all was handled very swiftly and professionally. Despite being on the 3rd floor with no lift access.

Owen & Harvey were efficient & professional dropping off my belongings! Would highly recommend Jam Storage, been such an easy process from start to finish.

Jam was recommended by a friend. I really easily got a quote and their online calculator was very accurate to determine how much space I needed. The collection service was a big plus, and honestly very cheap compared to past experiences with third party transporters. Owen and Tom who came to collect my belongings were super efficient and pleasant. Cannot recommend it enough if you have medium to long term storage needs!

I can't recommend Jam Storage highly enough! Harvey and Owen came today and handled everything perfectly. They efficiently loaded all of our boxes into the van for our 50 sq ft storage unit in no time at all.

From start to finish, they were incredibly reliable, quick, and professional. They made what could have been a stressful moving day feel effortless and smooth. These guys are absolute rockstars — polite, hardworking, and genuinely amazing at what they do.

If you're looking for storage services you can trust, Jam Storage is the one. Harvey and Owen turned a big job into a breeze. We'll definitely be using them again! Thank you both so much! 🙌

Decided to book collection and storage at JamStorage as they were offering the best prices I could find around London. The communication with the admin team (Rute and Jake) was brilliant, answering questions quickly and very clearly. Harvey and Owen just came to collect my belongings. They were very professional, polite and handled everything with care! I absolutely recommend JamStorage! 😁

Great service, I had two Men who were named Owen and Harvey who helped with moving the stuff to the van. There was good communication, told me when they will arrive which was accurate. All stuff was loaded and ready to go in under 30 minutes. Very respectful and they accommodated my needs very well.

Owen and Tom were amazing today! So helpful and efficient. Thank you so much! :)

They stored my package for nearly 3 months and their field people are great. I got a care free delivery from owen, tom and Ben today.

Owen and Jake were brilliant! Efficient, helpful, polite and friendly. Such an easy process and would thoroughly recommend.

Harvey and Owen were punctual, efficient and accommodating. They had to move their van halfway through the job as a skip needed to be picked up. They moved their vehicle without any fuss and got on with moving things to the front garden while the skip loaded.
Efficient, courteous and good at their job- they were done in an hour

Harvey and Owen were genuinely amazing! So friendly and didn’t need our help at all- they did everything from labelling the boxes to loading the van! The easiest move I’ve ever done! Will definitely be using JamStorage again.

I can’t thank Jake Arrowsmith-Watt’s and the moving team Grand and Kenny enough for helping us move our belongings into storage so last minute. They did everything possible to fit us in, and then when moving team arrived they were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I wanted to help, but they insisted they had everything under control despite it being a very hot day during an heatwave. Everyone I encountered was genuinely supportive, communicated well and acted completely professionally. They were all a joy to work with and they made a very stressful time bearable ahead of a massive home renovation. I’ll be using them again if I need any storage solutions at any point in the future!
