JamStorage レビュー

I had a fantastic experience with this storage service! Owen and Mark were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable storage with a team that truly cares. Thank you, Owen and Mark, for your outstanding help!

Owen and Covel did an excellent job on what turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year. Despite the heat, they packed the entire flat into the lorry with care and efficiency. Three hours of solid, unrelenting work and everything made it in. Really grateful for the effort they put in.

Jake has been a brilliant contact throughout and has helped me through the very easy process of quoting and booking through Jam.
Covel and Jordan arrived promptly on the day and we super friendly and careful with my belongings. Thanks to all 3 of you for making this process so effortless and efficient. 5 stars to you all!

I live on the second floor with no elevator and I last minute booked a collection with Jake for two pianos and several boxes. He was very accommodating and accepted the job which I am grateful for.

Furthermore even though it was extremely hot and this was a tough job two young gentleman (Ed and Sam) came after a very demanding day and efficiently completed the pick up with no complaints and pure professionalism.

I am sincerely grateful for this and highly recommend the top tier service from Jam storage.

*Speedy + helpful customer service, reasonable rates, flexible service, and friendly/complaint-free delivery people:

I've used JamStorage for various storage/collection/delivery needs for the past 18 months, and have always found the service to be great. The customer service team has always accommodated my requests, often at very short notice, and the delivery guys handling all my possessions have been friendly and uncomplaining throughout.

For the most recent delivery of my items from storage, the delivery guys - Harvey, Ed and Covel - were brilliant. They had to lug a solid wardrobe up to a tiny flat, only to discover it wouldn't make it around the final narrow stairwell - and so had to be carried back down again. The many boxes alongside this were also packed with books and so pretty heavy. All was handled with much patience and calm - thank you again!

Great and simple registration process! On the day we were very well attended to by the on site staff, namely Martin and Rob, who made sure that all our queries were answered with professionalism and friendly. Great job!

Jams are great because you don't have to worry about getting your stuff to the storage facility, they pick it up for you. We stored with them for three years and the team was always helpful and professional. They even sorted out a removal service for us! Would highly recommend.

Fabulous service.
Perfect timekeeping.
Great chaps.

Neat, tidy and efficient.
Thank you Sam and Ed.

The most hassle-free move I've ever had. Everything stored came back in perfect condition, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and honestly the most flawless removal and delivery service I've ever experienced. Will be using them for every future move.

The delivery of my items went smoothly and without any incidents. Kane and Louise were very friendly and helful, they represent a great asset to Jam Storage, to anyone I had contact with, I kind only thank you for your excellent customer service, something that nowadays is so very difficult to find. A happy company possess happy colleagues. It was a great 2 years to have you as my storagers, now we have to part ways but you will be highly recommended.

Brilliant service. Collection and drop off were super easy, well organised and efficient. I had my items in storage for around 2years and they were returned in same condition as originally stored. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Wonderful service, the guys that came were really helpful and efficient. We needed storage for a couple of months as our flat was completely refurbished.
Pick up and drop off was so easy compared to doing it all yourself.
We are so pleased we found and used JamStorage.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Great customer service people. Their removers were first class , professional, friendly, and very helpful.

Michael and Jason were very lovely and moved all my items in record time. Definitely a hassle free experience!

Michael, Jason and Terry were amazing. They arrived on time, took inventory and loaded my belongings in a professional and efficient manor. I would happily reccomend their service and use Jam again

Came, packed stuff carefully, stored it for a few months and returned it. Sam and Ed who delivered were prompt, communicated well, and efficient. Very pleased.

Owen, Louise and Sam were all amazing at their job and friendly.

My former home was a difficult move, second floor - no lift! and no parking outside, but the team just got on with it without any fuss. Very professional indeed.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

The whole experience from booking to packing to onward delivery was smooth professional and very reassuring. Covel and his team of movers did a fantastic job of inventorying all our boxes and packing them safely into their van, they were prompt polite and tidy. The office team were communicative timely and a pleasure to work with. The Jam vans quote for both collection and storage was extremely reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I received. They were even able to accommodate a slightly further move then they usual service areas. All in all I was very impressed and I'd recommend them to anyone I can see why they're the witch recommended movers several years in a row. My thanks to everyone involved.

We had our furniture stored away whilst moving in with family between selling and buying. Rute was very helpful in arranging everything along the way. Jam Vans collected our items with extreme care and then stored the items with no issues for a very good price for a few months. The return of the goods by Ed and Sam was also excellently handle and very quick. Highly recommended company.

Great experience with JamStorage, from Jake the account manager to the crew, Rio and Harvey, who came to collect the furniture. My request required a quick turnaround, and I appreciated how they all accommodated my request. Extreme professionalism all around, and would gladly recommend JamStorage to other customers.
