JamStorage レビュー

Arranged pick up from my flat in Kingston, a month's storage and drop off in my place place in Ashford and their service was absolutely first class.

They turned up promptly and on time for both collection and drop off and provided a really friendly service. It felt like they cared about my gear and made sure everything was covered and boxed correctly.

The back office were great and Emma was really attentive and came back to me promptly on every query and was incredibly helpful.

I'd happily recommend and ould definitely use again.

Chris and Akill managed my removals and storage perfectly! They were friendly and moved my boxes quickly and efficiently, even with a long walk from my front door to the road. Chris kindly offered to send me a photo of my things in the storage container once it got to the warehouse, so I could see how much space was left. I really recommend working with him and the Jamvans team.

UPDATE: Profuse apologies from manager, Owen Thomas ( and a financial titbit), so we're back in the real world, on good terms now.

Words fail me. I feel as if I just spent two weeks living in Fawlty Towers! ROTFL

Chris and Michael arrived looking positive and friendly . They made me feel at ease straight away. Chris kindly explained everything clearly. It was Michael's first day. Chris guided Michael so well which allowed Michael to perform his best. Both of them were a dream team.
Both were dependable and approachable. Chris and Michael went the extra mile and produced high-quality work. Took great care of every item they moved and took time to label every item carefully and accurately.
Both have shown a remarkable level of responsibility and dependability, especially in challenging situations. I am so thankful and grateful for both Chris and Michael's excellent effort and care. Both of them are a real credit to the company.
Jake was great from the start when I decided to use Jam Van for my move. Always patient and friendly. I was very stressed about it. Jake was brilliant every step of the way.
Chris, Michael and Jake have made a huge difference. I have had the most remarkable experience. I will be very happy to recommend Jam van to my friends and family. Thank you.

Fantastic service and really good guys who we're friendly and communicative. Called well in advance and we're on time. Thanks Chris and Daniel!

Very efficient and helpful. Thank you to Chris and team.

I had a great experience with JamVans. The storage collection and delivery process was smooth, easy, and well-organized. The team was professional, punctual, and made everything hassle free. Highly recommend!

I booked a VERY last minute move with JamVans. Jake was extremely helpful in booking the job and very friendly and responsive. The movers who came to help me were Matt and Covel. I truly cannot thank them enough. They have been AMAZING and went absolutely above and beyond to help me when I (and the flat) were in a bit of a state! I really cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you!!!!!!!

The moving team were great. Had an issue with timing but my manager responded well. I would recommend this company as they really did try to go above and beyond. Chris and Callum were polite, speedy and handled my items well.

Chris and Jack were so helpful as were the office staff. As a single woman in central London I never could have done this on my own. Thanks so much!

Chris and Mathew were excellent. They were very helpful and super efficient. I trust that my storage supplies are left in very good hands!

Highly recommend. Totally hassle-free.

It was by a mile the best loading / moving service I’ve used. Chris and Jack were epic and made a tough load-in very straightforward and low stress. Thanks a lot lads

Chris and Marlon were incredible. They made my life SO much easier by efficiently m taking inventory and safely loading up all my belongings in under an hour. They were friendly and professional. Thanks also to Jake who was always available for any questions. Highly highly recommend JamVans to anyone looking for removals and/or short to medium term storage

Brilliant experience, would highly recommend. Callum, Harvey and Matt helped me pack up my old flat and put everything into storage, before redelivering to my new flat a month later. Communication was great and they were lovely on the day, helpful and attentive. Everything was returned in great condition, without any damage or missing items. Amazing service - thanks all!

Efficient pick up and drop off from zone 2 london. A bit pricy during the storage, and after pickup there was lacking communication about whether we ended up paying for more space than we needed (our estimate was borderline so we booked the slightly larger size - they said they'd check if it fit in the smaller one but we never heard back).

Chris and Logan were friendly and efficient during the drop off, even with a second story walk up 👍

Chris and Anthony were super helpful and friendly, moved everything very quickly. Would recommend!

Chris and Tom were just so lovely! Very friendly and super quick! Everything went smoothly! Couldn’t recommend them more.

A professional, friendly and incredibly well-organised team who made our move completely stress-free. We also used their storage service, which was brilliant, they collected everything from our door and delivered it all back when we needed it, so there was no hassle or need to organise access. Their attention to detail and care with our belongings was spot on, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JamVans, they really do go above and beyond!

We were very impressed with the JamVans team that worked on our packing and move. They were efficient, professional and friendly, and made the whole experience run smoothly. They worked exceptionally hard, packed our possessions with care, got us in on time, and couldn’t have been more helpful. We are pleased we chose JamVans for our move.
