Not what I expected

I didn’t realize that the bracelet I ordered isn’t solid gold, but brass plated in gold. I generally do not order fake jewelry as it doesn’t tend to last long. And it’s not filled with diamonds, some of it seems to be filled with metal dots. Not nearly as sparkly as pictured. Not too happy with my purchase to be honest.

Poor customer Service

Place an order a week ago, sent 2 emails and Nobody has reach out to me. Don’t have a tracking number yet and been calling the phone and nobody answers. I’m starting to believe this is a scam and I want my money back.
