Easy to Book, excellent communications, simple to update flight details and pick-up time, very friendly.

This company is a scam — stay away from them.

I am a local supplier of Jayride based in Da Nang, Vietnam, and we have been working with them since March 2024.
We provided transportation services for Jayride’s customers until March 2025, but they scammed us — collecting money from travelers while never paying us for the services we delivered.

We have tried to contact them via email many times, but their replies are nothing more than empty promises.
Even as I write this review, they continue to advertise and deceive thousands of travelers and local suppliers around the world — especially across Southeast Asia, where they believe we can do nothing against them.

I never thought companies from Italy or Australia, where they claim to have offices, could act like this — but what’s happening proves otherwise. They are true scammers.

I am now gathering all victims to take legal action against them.
I have also gathered some information about Jayride’s operations.

Never showed up. Contacted driver. Did not reply. Contacted company and got a voicemaul saying they were dealing with other customers and that they'd call back. Didn't. Spoke to attendant at the Indy Airport about where Jayridee does their pickups...he said they do not have a contract with them. So I called Uber. Received an email the next day after I contested the charge with my credit card company stating that they had operational issues and apologized...offered me 10% off next booking. There will not be a next booking.

I got to airport and followed all instructions and called for driver.
“Our system is down and we cannot dispatch a driver” . You can get a refund and arrange for transportation.
Exhausted after already traveling since 5 am, I said I could be put in hold and left there. And left there. So I added call to company to my hold call. Told them I would arrange my own and please cancel and refund. Told I would receive an email to cancel. Also canceled return scheduled ride at end of trip. So far no refund.
Uber had a driver in 6 minutes
Will not use again…
They did refund my money within 24 hours.

I loved being able to compare different transfer options in one place—everything from shared shuttles to private cars. The reviews helped me pick the right service, and the whole process was super smooth. My driver was on time, professional, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everyone was very friendly. The place was organized and my reservation was honored in two minutes.

So far, so good, with the booking part of the process. Trusting that the rest works out as well.

Just awful. Booked 24 hours in advance . Recieved confirmation of pick up and then in the morning no ride. I called and was told no cars were in my area. I figured as much for a 5am pick up which is why I booked in advance ! No car , no customer service , no refund (paid 200 ) ,missed non refundable flight. Worst expirence ever with ride share. You are a sham business. Put yourself out of your misery.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. NO ACCOUNTABLITY, booked 24 hours in advance ,they confirmed 2x a 5am pick up and the ride NEVER showed up. Paid 200$ in advance to them and when I called to inquire where my ride was I was told there were no cars in the area. Missed my non refundable flight.Now I cannot get them to refund my $200 booking, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER.

Car windows filthy, driver spoke little or no English and got loss even with GPS. In his defense there were multiple road closings and we arrived only with my help!

We are Azures Limousine Corp, DBA Azures Luxe Drive, a licensed and insured transportation provider based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Between 2023 and 2024, we provided airport and ground transportation services for Jayride customers under a formal service partnership.

Unfortunately, our experience with Jayride has been extremely negative and financially damaging.

🚫 Jayride Has Failed to Pay Us over $6,000USD

From the beginning of our collaboration, Jayride demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility when it came to payments. Aside from a single payment during the first month, they have failed to pay us anything since — despite us continuing to provide reliable, professional service to their customers.

Over a year of follow-up via email and phone, we have not received a single payment, a payment plan, or even a $1 deposit. They have ignored all professional attempts to resolve this issue.

🚨 To Ground Transportation Providers: Do NOT Trust Them
• Jayride does not pay their partners.
• They ignore overdue balances, even after repeated communication.
• They make false promises to keep you operating while pocketing customer payments.
• They use ground transportation companies like free labor to generate revenue — without compensation.

Would you trust a transportation company that refuses to pay the drivers and operators responsible for your safety and service?

If a platform exploits its vendors, how can you trust them to protect you as a customer?

Booked an airport transport from O'Hare to my hotel in Chicago. Landed after eleven PM, so no traffic. Entered my flight number in the required field so my ride could be there when I arrived.

There was nobody at the airport. The rider was not available via WhatsApp, although that was what was in the instructions. Nobody at the described spot too.

After a long wait, I asked somebody with an American smartphone to call. This worked. But there was nobody on his or her way to pick me up. Only the second car that was dispatched to me came through. I had to walk around the airport several times because the described meeting spot was not right.

Had to wait 1.5 hour to be picked up in the end. Shouldn't have tried to take care of this in advance. Should have booked an Uber when I arrived. Not the experience that I expected.

Ich habe über Jayride einen Transfer für meine Rückreise gebucht. Einen Tag vor der Abholung wurde meine Buchung ohne brauchbare Alternative knallhart storniert. Das hat mir extrem viel Stress bereitet, da ich plötzlich selbst nach einer Lösung suchen musste. Für ein Unternehmen, das Reisende eigentlich entlasten soll, ist so etwas völlig inakzeptabel. Ich kann Jayride daher absolut nicht empfehlen.

This company has not paid any bills to any of their local suppliers and has not responded to any of their requests. We have found that they are also doing the same to other international suppliers. (You can check with Trip Advisor) Please do not book with them, as you will definitely not get the service you want.
