Easy booking and received information on driver. The flight was delayed and I had no way to contact the driver while in China, but upon arrival the driver contacted me and waited for me until I came out. Smooth ride to the hotel.

I really smooth booking process. Instant email confirmation.

Car didn’t come … said they cancelled the ride, then said they were coming.
Awful experience

When I signed in originally your site did NOT work and I keep trying for 3 days with asking for help from your help center. On the third day my husband signed on and went to "booking.jayride.com" and that finally worked. It was VERY FRUSTRATING that making arrangements took that long and your help desk, I'm sorry Jess did help however after corresponding with that person but wasn't able to get back with that person. But,in the end my husband was able to make arrangements finally and I did send email telling you that it worked out I am just sorry that it took so long...3 days.

Jayride.com made arranging my airport transfer super simple. I could choose from private cars or shared shuttles, and the website clearly shows ratings and prices. Everything went smoothly and I’d definitely use it again.

We booked Jayride for our short family trip to Myrtle Beach because we didn’t want to lug a car seat through the airport. I specifically added the toddler car seat option when reserving the ride. When the Lyft driver showed up—no car seat. We immediately called Jayride, thinking they’d send another car with one, but they told us they don’t actually have rides with car seats available. Then why offer it as an option when booking?
At that point, we were stuck at the airport with a tired, hungry toddler and no safe way to get to our hotel. My spouse and I scrambled—calling other companies (most needed advance notice), and eventually waiting in line at the rental car counter. Everything was sold out, but we finally got a small Corolla with a car seat (for an extra fee we had to pay), and had to install it ourselves. We ended up leaving the airport almost two hours after landing.

Because of this, not only did we lose valuable vacation time, but we also had unexpected costs for the car rental and hotel parking—expenses we never would’ve had if Jayride had delivered on what we paid for. I’ve already submitted a request for reimbursement and haven’t heard back yet. They did refund us for the service we booked but reimbursement of the rental car also will make it right.

Overall very satisfied but I would like to know more about the size of the car - if it is SUV, it mid size or full size and their models, or if Van how many seats and the model.

I booked a ride from Sao Paolo airport to my lodging. Jayride said to call their number via Whatsapp when ready. I did exactly that, but the number was shown as not working. I had to get another ride. I then emailed Jayride asking for a refund. Jayride had said that I was a no-show, and that a driver tried to contact me via Whatsapp. The driver, however, had called my regular number and not via the app, which I got the message when I returned back to the States. Jayride refused me a refund.

Edit (for update): I did exactly what the agent that responded said to do, about four days ago. I've had no response, to date. I've been dealing with Jayride for over two weeks now, and still no refund. They keep refusing. Truly, they are a disgrace and con artists.

Edit (second): As of 9/17/25 I have been refused a refund. Pass on this service. I never heard from Jayride at all.

Edit (third) 9/25/25 I have had to contact the Attorney General of Texas and the AG of Georgia because Jayride is simply refusing refund and keeps delaying a response. I was told twice that my claim was reopened, and nothing has been resolved. Supervisors will claim that they cannot give you a refund. It is a sham. Jayride is a scam, and I cannot say that enough. I know my amount is small, but it is the principle.

Scum business. Dont pay affiliates. Report this business.

Jayride does not respond to the many Trustpilot reviews pointing out that drivers in France (and other countries) have not been paid for more than 2 years. We have received emails from them saying they “hope to pay one day” but with no information or guarantee at all.

When you book with Jayride, you will get a confirmation from their system, but there is a very high chance that the driver will never show up — because drivers simply stopped working with a company that does not pay them.

This is not a reliable service and should be avoided.

I’d made a typo on my email and edit button allowed correction very easily. Booking made, email confirmation sent. Feel very confident that I’ve chosen well.

Booking was easy, site navigation was good,no problems.

Apparently this was Fraudulent on the part of Jayride ..
No confirmation from driver .. No reply from messages sent to the UAE phone number provided and the email was returned as a invalid address
Would like this problem resolved asap

Easy to complete the process. This will be the 3rd time using Jayride.

Jayride still owes us payment after months of silence

We are a transport partner from Malaysia who completed services for Jayride as agreed. Despite repeated follow-ups, Jayride has not paid us and their management has remained silent. This is unethical and extremely disappointing. We urge other transport providers to be very cautious.

I gave a 2 star review but it showed up here as a 5 star. Plus every negative comment was deleted and they shared the one positive remark. These are not honest reviews.

My rides were horrible. Very late. Smelly car. Bad drivers.
