Did not accept my credit card which can be used for my first reservation

The system accepts my credit card for my first reservation. However, the system does not accept my card for the subsequent reservations.

No zero or minus to be given for that scam company .
I was checking on airport pick up from the hotel in Janice and I was told it was canceled !!!!
If I waited the ride we would have never made it to the airport !!!
Such a scam

Great service

Our driver was very friendly and got us exactly where we needed to go. He was even honest when he realized my sister left her purse in the car. The only thing missing was the meet and greet at the airport so it was hard finding the driver but he explained why he didn’t meet us in the airport and everything was fine. One suggestion for the drivers would be to ask passengers if they would like the AC tuned on instead of windows rolled down as my ears were hurting from the windows being rolled down.

Friendly driver

Ride and was fine when we found each other communication beforehand was a little bit lacking. I had to chase the Customer Service number to get contact with the driver which was a bit stressful.
Trevor was really friendly and accommodating. English was not great but translation app was easy enough to use to communicate.

Go with Uber instead!

Our driver was not waiting for us with a sign, they told us Britania had cancelled last minute and they had a replacement driver for us. We had to go to the Uber waiting place in the car port and stand there for 20 minutes. We paid 99 pounds which would have cost 65 pounds had we si ply called Uber ourselves. Looks like a scam :( Just book an Uber yourself from the airport!

If I could give a zero star I would

If I could give zero star I would - the company joyride informed me that giovanni bus would be my transfer company . I received the meet and greet details then from giovanni bus . However 3 days before planned transfer jayruse informed me that giovanni had cancelled and they would refund the trip - which they did refund , how ever Giovanni modem me that they did not make the cancellation - jayride . My thoughts - jayride quoted me too low a price and then cancelled . Totally unreliable !

I paid extra for a van so we could fit


I paid extra for a van so we could fit in the bike bag, and I was charged almost double the original fare when we arrived, despite the fare including two check-in bags and two carry-ons

Book at your own risk

Jayride has not been paying their transport companies which led to disruption in service. We stopped serving their Boston Market. They haven't paid their invoices since June 2024.

Never got collected at Istanbul Airport. COULD not contact Jayride nor the nominated taxi office VITBU, No messages, nothing! BAD EXPERIENCE

Absolutely TERRIBLE

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. My flight was delayed, at the time of delay the driver asked me to cancel the booking as it was too far delayed. This business REFUSED to refund my money.
