Not worth the extra money

We had done difficulty procuring a ride. I paid twice the cost of an Uber using an advance booking so we wouldn’t be stranded at the airport because of our 2:30 am arrival. I was told a driver would be 3-5 minutes away and pick us up right after we collected our luggage. In reality, the driver was 17 minutes away and cancelled after 10 minutes. It took over an hour to be picked up after several attempts to procure another driver.

I knew immediately that Jayride is dependable.

I knew immediately that Jayride is dependable. They responded immediately to my questions and concerns. I feel a sense of relief knowing they are reliable. It takes the worry and stress of out of transferring from the airport to our hotel and the return trip to the airport.
The company is a pleasure to work with. They are extremely organised.

My first time using Jayride i’m from Las Vegas coming into LA book with jayride from LAX to my hotel destination some kind of ways to date got mixed up coming and going, but thanks to customer service between speaking live emails text messages. The matter was solved. I’m greatly appreciate it thank you.

Charged twice

I was charged twice and my ride was “updated” to a new date and time different than my arrival I cancelled never received a refund can’t reach a representative to discuss this

Jayride Transfer# 2237431 being the supplier ElifeLimo under trip# 4789536 was Excellent! Driver Marcos made an outstanding task as a friendly and punctual driver for my return transfer for Cordoba international airport (Argentina).
I have already reviewed this transfer as an ElifeLimo trip, however it is being censored by Trustpilot so thatÂŽs why I mention it so they can allow its publication online as this review has been request by Jayride.

Easy booking

It was very easy to book a ride to the airport with Jayride. I put in my info and flight time and number and they took care of the rest. No problems. Thanks Jayride!

Scam

I paid for roundtrip service to and from the airport in NYC.
I got a one way ride from airport and had to take a cab upon return.
The contractor for Jayride said that Jayride did not pay him so no ride would be provided.
I reach out to Jayride customer service and got no response.
I am out $125(half the cost)
I paid $251 for the round trip for my family.
I'll take a cab next time.
I hope anyone reading this reconsiders when booking with Jayride.

Customer charged for wrong booking

Requested a van and booking was confirmed as a sedan and refused to change booking - so we couldn’t use and refused to issue a refund.

We noted that you converted the values


We noted that you converted the values of the transaction from Fijian Dollar to USD and not AUSD, this conversion has now costed us an extra $60 Australian Dollars. If it was disclosed before the transaction was done we would have booked with another provider. Your conversion is deceiving.

Lyft Driver Unreliable/Cybercriminals Lurking

This is a mixed review ... some 5-star, some 1-star:
Five Stars: The LYFT Driver who met me at my home and drove me to the airport. She is a courteous, dedicated professional with the passengers' safety and itinerary at the core of her service.
One Star: The original LYFT driver who cancelled AFTER the scheduled pick-up time. In spite of the fact that he confirmed the ride, I'm guessing he decided (that morning) it was too early to get out of bed to meet me at 4:00 AM so I could arrive at the airport two hours before my flight time. And in spite of the outstanding professionalism of driver who took his place, I was still late.
One Star: Cybercriminal phishing attempt to get my credit card information after booking with JAYRIDE. The contract list of LYFT drivers the company holds apparently includes cybercriminals; when I received my initial confirmation email, the listed destination was wrong. When I called the embedded number to correct, the "helpful" agent was happy to assist. For a fully-refundable, one dollar fee (charged to my credit card), he could make the necessary changes. No thanks; I declined to enter my credit card info and called JAYRIDE directly. The New York-based representative then quickly corrected the problem (without charge, of course).
Overall, far more difficulties and inconveniences than it should have been. In particular, the cyber security risk is real. If you schedule your transit with JAYRIDE, be on your guard.

Not that good experience in Turkey

Had a booking with them in Turkey. The initial driver didn't show up and they arranged another one the very last moment. It would have been ok if not for the company number (+16468097322) that I was advised to call in order to get in touch with the driver, no alternative local numbers or messager chat options. All in all I was additionally down GBP 11.73 for hanging on the line. I would be better off taking common Uber driver right at the airport than trying their service.
