Efficient, through, helpful and constructive. Great communication about the process

I recommend JDM Property Mgt (Nick Baker) 100%.
From the first call Nick was professional, helpful and put my mind at rest in a confusing world of surveys. Within a week of contact the survey was carried out and the report went above and beyond our expectations. Communication was great, Nick called before the survey to understand any concerns we had and after the report was published we discussed points in detail.

I didn't engage the firm but spoke to Nick to understand my options (with a view to engagement if/when required). Nick demonstrated good knowledge and experience and was very much 'on my side'. The interaction I had has left a positive impression and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a surveyor who will demonstrate good service and knowledge

JDM took a late request for an urgent survey, this enabled us to complete on our house on time and Nick was very easy to deal with. Could not have asked for more.

From the point of contact to receiving the report in full was a 6 day turnaround - you can't beat that kind of service, especially for such a competitive price. The report is very detailed and I won't hesitate to reach out to Nick if I need anything further.

Can't recommend Nick highly enough, was incredibly thorough and detailed throughout. The report was very clear with plenty of photo evidence of every defect observed. Nick got into contact both before and after the survey to ask if there was anything I wanted him to pay special attention to and also informed me of when I could expect the report afterwards (I received the report the day after it was carried out which is amazing given how busy surveyors are at the moment). So to sum up absolutely brilliant professional.

Nick was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, quickly delivering a highly detailed survey filled with helpful advice. Nick then kindly spoke to me for half an hour afterwards to go through each point raised by the survey, explaining everything in a very clear, patient and professional manner (he even went so far as to say I could contact him again whenever needed for further advice). I am very impressed with the service and would highly recommend Nick and JDM Property Consultants to everyone.

I can not rate JDM Property Consultants (Nick Baker) highly enough. He carried out a Home Buyers Survey for me February 2021. He was professional and extremely thorough. I called upon him for advice on a number of occasions after and nothing was too much, This is not a take your money and forget about you service. I would definitely use the company again in the future and will ensure he is our go to Surveyor within my family and recommend highly to friends. 5 star service all round. Do not hesitate to use this company You won’t regret it.
