Friendly and informative gas engineer carried out a boiler service. He took the time to ask if there were any issues since last service and pointed out some future tasks that could be undertaken to improve efficiency and save money. Very satisfied customer.

I Responded to a leaflet through my door. Prompt reply and booked in for boiler service. Excellent service from the engineer who completed the service. Very pleasant young man and very helpful. Will definitely use again.

Used JDS to get the central heating system serviced regularly. Had to get some additional work done at the hot water cylinder. Work was carried out in a timely manner and all staff were excellent at their job. Would thoroughly recommend this company for their reliability professionalism and pricing is reasonable.

Had 2 issues and they were resolved swiftly, professionally and expertly. Having a flow issue the kitchen tap it was swiftly identified what the underlying issue was. The tap was replaced to get things flowing again. Also, the membrane and filter was blocked up reducing pressure through the water storage tank. Ryan worked quickly and cleanly to get things changed. I always know that we are in good hands with the JDS team from radiator changes, boiler service and other bits, and i can’t recommend them highly enough.

What can I say, competitive prices, excellent workmanship and customer service.

My boiler was due a service and Ally turned up. We had a discussion because the boiler hadn’t been working properly for a few weeks. Ally advised that due to age of my boiler it would be better to replace it. Jennifer sent a quote within a day and I was more than happy to go ahead with replacing my boiler. My boiler was replaced within a few days. Workmanship by Ally and Ryan was top class. No mess, you wouldn’t even know they had been in. Now got a Hive app on my phone which Ally went through with me. I can control my heating when I’m at work. Also got a controller to do this but I prefer to use my phone.

Whether you need someone in an emergency, need to replace your boiler or it’s time for your annual boiler service, I would highly recommend JDS Gas Services. You will not be disappointed with the workmanship, pricing or the customer service. Very happy customer.

I started using JDS Gas Services about 6 months ago on the recommendation of a family member. They came out to fix a few faults on my old boiler, which was about 12 years old and starting to show it's age. I called them out again in early March and was told that, unfortunately the boiler was not an economical repair. They gave me a quote for a new boiler which I accepted, and 3 days later fitted my new boiler. On every occasion I have had to call out JDS, they have arrived quickly and when they said they would. While working in my house they have been friendly and polite while working quickly and cleanly, leaving no mess. I have no hesitation in fully recommending them to anyone.

1st annual service after replacement boiler install last year. First class service, excellent workmanship

When doing the boiler service Ryan pointed out it was sparking in the wrong place and could be dangerous so we needed 2 parts and the job was done in a couple of days . We had an unexpected higher bill but you can't compromise on safety

Great service, gave excellent advice on faults with option if having work done if I felt it was needed will be using to have small faults repaired.
