i got the slim torch lighter and it nice and pretty good but it took awhile to come i suggest you make them in the use and i dont love getting stuff from china and lastly the lighter not always light it needs to be turned up somwhT

I still haven't got my product

still haven’t received my lighter after buying it 3-4 weeks ago

At the moment I didn't test all the products. The surprise of the misery gift was great 😃. The torches and the lighters are really nice and seem strong. The pack has been delivered sound and safe.

I think the thought was definitely there but there were a few issues. The first being that the website directed me to SHOP to track the package, which wasn’t accurate because there were no updates on shop at all so I thought there was no progress being made on my package/I was being scammed. Luckily upon looking more I did see they had their own tracking site which helped and my package did eventually get shipped. However, usps didn’t deliver my package because they “couldn’t locate” my address. So now I need a refund.

My husband loved all the lighters!! They’re bullet was my favorite and the shotgun was his!!

Horrible experience ordering. First, it took about 4 weeks for 3 tiny lighters. They are just a warehouse and they ship orders from China. Second, they shipped my order to a PO Box which they said they don't do. Shipping policy on website does not indicate they ship solely through USPS. Third, while corresponding was quick they refused to acknowledge their mistakes and stated I did not ask for a refund. Now the product is lost and they refuse to issue a refund. Poor customer service. Do not order anything from this company.

I loved everything about it. My stuff came in and I’m 100% going to get more today! I have a few new friends that I need to get stuff for.

I want to return and they won't let me. They are selling the same $5 lighters on Temu.

Great lighters but AWFUL service.
I received the lighters almost 3 months later and they were not responding to any emails. I thought they were scammers but either they don’t speak English or they just don’t respond and the shipping was done almost a month and a half later and delayed to arrive as well.

It's been about a month and the shipping has not been updated. I keep emailing the company and no one is getting back to me. I wonder if this is a scam site. If I actually get my order I will change my prospective.

It was nearly 6 weeks from the time that I placed my order until my items arrived. I made numerous contact attempts to Lighter Lounge Co. and received zero response back. It wasn’t until I disputed the charge with my bank that they actually got around to shipping my items. My bank ended up reversing the charge and returning my money after their investigation.

The order took 2 months to get to me I paid for 4 day shipping and it took 2 months the reason I did not give it 1 star is because the product is awesome but takes forever to get and while your waiting no one contacts you

Lighter never received. Had to call my credit card company to get my money back.

I totally understand the reviews that have been left for this service. I ordered an angel like lighter for around $30 - it broke the moment I tried to use it. From both the non existent communication to the overpriced cheaply made products, this is a company you should avoid at all cost.

one of the best I have ever came across. Their service was exceptional, unique and legal. I will definitely patronize them again
