The communication was excellent while we were working out the design for the engagement ring; quick, friendly, very helpful and patient when I was being particular.

I did everything online and with the communication, information and photos/videos provided or available on request, despite the amount of money in play, I never had any doubts or dips in confidence throughout the process.

The ring itself is beautiful, I’m very happy with it and so too is my now fiancee.

The packaging on the delivery is discreet, you wouldn’t know who it is from or what it is.

Closest things I can think of for points of improvement and the first one may be something I missed, but I don’t remember receiving any communication while it was being made to update me on the timeline for delivery. I made the final payment, was told 6-8 weeks, and then a month later I got a message saying it was being delivered tomorrow. I wanted to be home to receive it and fortunately with my work I could WFH on short-notice, but if not I wouldn’t have had chance to plan for it. The second point and I don’t know if this is even within the companies control to do anything about and it won’t be specific to Jessica Flinn, is that my partners social media feed was flooded with adverts from the company and of their engagement rings specifically (we don’t share any accounts, devices or email addresses) and she clocked on that I was buying a ring and where I was getting it from.

I would definitely recommend Jessica Flinn though and we’ll be looking at going to their other site for our wedding bands, considering another company after this experience would feel like a waste of time.

The process was seamless and the rings turned out exactly as we envisioned them! Great customer service!

The whole team at Jessica Flinn were fantastic when I was looking to design a bespoke engagement ring. From start to finish, they were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The choice of rings were stunning, and it was amazing to be able to add my own touch to create something truly unique.

Throughout the process (from our appointment at the showroom to receiving the ring) Grace was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that we felt completely at ease. Alana and Grace have been really invested in helping me find the engagement ring of my dreams. During our first consultation, they took the time to get to know me and my fiance. Then they sourced stones that matched the colour that I wanted. I am so excited to collect my ring!!

I had the best experience with Jessica Flinn. I was lucky enough to be designing my engagement ring with my partner; we went to the show room to try on some rings. I explained what kind of style I liked and the first ring they pulled out was the perfect style. Then they helped me pick out a perfect stone and ahead we went!
Their communication was great the whole way through, and I actually have the ring sooner than I expected! I also changed from having the ring delivered to going to pick it up and they were super flexible.
I can't wait to come back and get my wedding ring in the future!

Amy at Jessica Flinn made the experience of designing my wedding band fantastic. I had a few rough ideas but wanted some help and guidance on which direction to go in, to match the engagement ring my fiancé designed with Jessica Flinn.
