Jigsaw Estate agents are a fantastic company and really looked after me during the purchase of my property. My purchase was not at all straight forward and Nina at Jigsaw made sure I was kept in the loop and up to date with reassuring regularity. Superb service and friendly all the way through till past completion.

Chris was excellent throughout the whole process start to finish, answered all questions I had and dealt with everything all within the timescale given I couldn’t recommend jigsaw mortgages enough!! This is the second property they have dealt with for me and the only mortgage broker I would use

Chris was brilliant in ensuring we moved before our mortgage deadline. Proactive, honest, realistic with his pricing, always available for help and guidance, he and his Jigsaw team delivered a brilliant customer experience. Highly recommended.

Jigsaw were fantastic from beginning to end. The whole team are amazing but a special shout out to Chris and Rebekah who expertly dealt with 9 months of problems from our onward chain.

Selling a house may seem simple when they find a buyer for you (over the asking price) within a week of launching. At that point however, is where having a great agent is essential and in my opinion where they earn their fee.

They made sure that our sale process went smoothly. Even when we lost our first buyer (because the people we were buying from took so long) they found another buyer within 3 days!

We are finally in our new house and I have no doubt that it wouldn’t have been possible without Chris and Rebekah’s help and advice along the way.

Rebekah is bad ass!

If you want something done, you need to use Jigsaw - especially Rebekah.

We knew Rebekah from 4 years ago when we bought our property. We then decided to ring them to see about selling through jigsaw now we want to move. I’m so glad we did as we wouldn’t be moving without Rebekah’s efficiency, consistency and general bad ass to get stuff done!

Moving is never easy and can cause alot of stress and anxiety … especially with a new born baby! Considering our chain was short (3 property’s) it had a lot of challenges but Rebekah has sorted out our whole chain including when not getting answers going to the very top of the chain to ensure dates of exchanging and completion were met.

I can honestly say I do not think it would of happened without Rebekah’s authority and knowledge of moving house, she 100% went above and beyond her role as estate agent and my husband and I would recommend her and the team at Jigsaw to anyone who is thinking of moving.

Any questions we had or needed help with she would respond instantly and always offer more support when we were stuck with certain things.

Thank you Rebekah for helping us move house as a family and making it all possible - you are truly amazing at your job and deserve a medal for everything you have done to make this house move possible.

Finding the right estate agent when selling the house is important and this is equally important when you are buying one. I thought estates agents are normally grumpy but that was not the case with Richard of Jigsaw Estate Agency. As first time buyers Richard made it easy for us and he kept on updating us with the progress. He is very much approachable and very professional. You must be so lucky to have him in your team and please keep him as he is a true asset.

We haven't moved house for many years so were extremely impressed with the service and support we got from Jigsaw. David gave us some very sound advice on the selling and buying processes and we felt very supported throughout the process.
