Just bought a semi-detached through Jigsaw, this is our first time to buy property in UK and we experienced a premium class service from Richard, even the exchange period is much longer than expected, he keeps updating us on the progress, giving professional consultation, etc.

I would like to give 10 stars if I could, I am not hesitate to use them again and introduce them to my friends and family.

David’s commitment to seeing the transaction close required coordination with the many stakeholders up and down the chain and I honestly feel that without his involvement, we would not have completed! David and team had a challenging job from the start, great property with the M3 being a little too close. They accompanied at least 20 potential purchasers around in the first 2 weeks resulting in 3 offers. More challenging times with the bottom of the chain but they held it together. We were kept fully aware of all movements "Good and bad" until exchange of contracts yesterday. Completion next week. Could not recommend Jigsaw high enough. Thank you very much.

From the valuation to completion, Jigsaw were outstanding throughout. There is no doubt in my mind that if we were to ever move again, Jigsaw Estate agents would 100% be the company I would choose to sell through. Richard was professional, had the patience of a saint, was always contactable, extremely knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to reach the exchange. I’d really recommend using jigsaw. They gave me a really fair and good valuation for my flat and were excellent at communicating all the way through the process. Everything Nina committed to was done on time and as promised. Nina was polite, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process and I’m really grateful for all of her help

Nina was amazing when buying my first home. She is incredibly efficient, patient, helpful and informative. There were loads of things I didn’t understand and many frustrations along the way with solicitors but Nina was always quick to answer my questions and willing to help chase solicitors when necessary! I would definitely use Jigsaw again!
