The team at Jigsaw were absolutely amazing from the moment we viewed the property all the way through to completion! Friendly, professional, and supportive throughout. Nina especially, was the key driver to the sale, and managed communication through the chain perfectly.

This is our first experience with Jigsaw Estates and I must say they were brilliant from start to finish. Nina Horner was excellent and a credit to the company. She kept us updated when the solicitors were a bit slow. You will be well looked after.

As this was the sale of our first home, we didn’t really know what to expect. Richard went above and beyond explaining the options. During the sale he was very informative of the stages we were at and helped to nudge the buyer when it was needed. Offer to completion in less than 3 months. We would happily use Jigsaw again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent service received from David. From start to finish we received regular updates and feedback on viewings. We have bought and sold a few houses and used various agents, but David is one of the best. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We have just purchased our house through Jigsaw and I don't think I can do them justice just with an online review!
We were under immense time pressure (as I was 40 weeks pregnant on the day of completion and moving out of our old house!) and having the team at Jigsaw in our corner constantly driving things was an enormous relief and help. It wasn't an easy transaction necessarily, but we managed to complete within 2.5 months of having our offer accepted.
David was tenacious and proactive and supportive - he has been pivotal in managing comms up and down the chain and becoming our solicitor's right-hand-man. We couldn't have asked for better, he's an absolute pleasure to work with and it's so refreshing to find an agent who's so down-to-earth and so genuine.
Nina was also wonderful at supporting the purchase and liaising between parties - she was incredibly efficient, so kind and helpful.
It was a stressful time and process but we absolutely couldn't have done it without the team at Jigsaw.

The team at Jigsaw proved to be nothing like the stereotypical (ie poor) image of estate agents. From the outset they were professional, friendly, conscientious and efficient. Chris Oakey, our main contact, provided sage advice on pricing and negotiating, and was highly effective at chasing up and down the chain to get the deal over the line. Chris handled our purchase from start to finish and was always on hand to answer questions even the stupid ones. The whole process was very smooth and Chris’ vast knowledge was a relief as he could explain anything that was required. Thanks for everything - would not hesitate to use your services again.

Had a brilliant experience with Jigsaw. Chris, who we mostly dealt with was fantastic. His experience shows straight away and he’s friendly and knowledgable. We had really good discussions around the correct marketing price as our property was a bit unique. We ended up getting it bang on, had a good amount of interest early on and sold for a little over asking within a few days. He then helped us with the rest of the process and kept us up to date, chased the solicitors and the rest of the chain and we exchanged less than 10 weeks after going to market. Honestly can’t recommend him enough. Fees are reasonable and communication is great as he can communicate via WhatsApp which is so much easier (for me at least) than the agent we bought through who only used email. Great experience overall.
