I couldn’t recommend Jigsaw enough! We bought our home through them and they were more attentive and helpful than our own agents we sold through! The most positive experience you could expect.

Rebekah and David were fantastic! Going above and beyond to ensure that things ran smoothly throughout.

Very pleased with Jigsaw Estate Agents. Selling my wife’s rental property. From the first meeting Chris demonstrated he was a professional with a relaxed but confident and knowledgeable style. All our contact was clear and straightforward. Other contact with Rebekah in the office team was also always accurate and timely. I never once felt the need to call them to establish progress as they kept me fully informed throughout. Overall I highly recommend Jigsaw if you are buying or selling a property.

Jigsaw have been amazing from start to finish. From the first valuation to completion of sale I cannot fault them. We had a fair valuation with a good number of regular viewings with high quality feedback throughout. Since accepting an offer we've continued to experience excellent service - proactive pushing of solicitors and upstream estate agents, solid advise, clear management of expectations or all parties and all with a friendly and professional touch. Excellent. We orginally marketed our property with a well known 'traditional' agency but after a few months spoke with Chris at Jigsaw. Small team but all experienced dedicated estate agents unlike other agencies. Clear communication. Quick feedback after viewings. And as we neared exchange of contracts and completion Chris was very proactive in chasing the whole chain. Would highly recommend.

I have bought and sold my house several time in the past. Jigsaw was certainly a cut above my previous experiences. David and his team could not do enough to help make the process as smooth as possible.

My house was vacant possession so Jigsaw did all the viewings and periodically checked the house when I couldn't check it myself. The process from an accepted offer to completion took 5 weeks! I am sure some of this was down to the coordination, chasing and efficiency from Jigsaw's end.

I've worked in property for 18 years and have encountered many estate agents—both as colleagues and as a vendor/buyer. However, I have never met an agent as outstanding as Richard from Jigsaw.

I first met Richard when viewing a property he had listed, and I was immediately impressed by his attention to detail, transparency, and in-depth market knowledge. Unlike many agents, he allowed ample time for the viewing, which was a refreshing change. This positive experience led us to choose Jigsaw to sell our own home.

As a vendor, I felt fully supported throughout the process. Richard took the time to understand both us and our home, presenting it with the same care and dedication as if it were his own. It was a truly personalised service, which made a world of difference.

We were involved in several different estate agents in our house buying journey but Richard from Jigsaw goes the extra mile. He was polite and very efficiant from start to finish and always reachable!
We met Richard as he was one of the agents (the better one) selling the house we wanted to buy, we where that impressed we immediately gave out current estate agent his marching orders and went with Jigsaw, this turned out to be the best decision we made. He not only sold our house quickly he then sold the two houses in the chain bellow us to complete the chain!
He was on call from start to finish and always there to listen to me rant with house buying stress!

Selling houses is going to be stressful. It just is. Once you are reconciled to that and start the process it is a pleasant surprise when you find an Estate Agent like Jigsaw.

Richard from Jigsaw did all in his power to keep us informed at every stage and, when things were quiet, he made a point of letting us know that we just needed to hang in there and it would work out. This is exactly what happened.

He worked so hard to ensure that our property was well represented to the market and gave good advice to keep the pot boiling.

We got a polite friendly, a very proactive and positive service from Jigsaw and we cannot reccommend them more highly.

David from Jigsaw Estates was so helpful in our recent purchase. Not pushy or aggressive like some others we experienced in our journey to buy. If you’re looking for an estate agent, I can’t recommend Jigsaw enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely brilliant. They’re a small, family-like business with a tight-knit team of experienced staff (none of that “fresh out of college” sales rep!). They really take the time to get to know you and your property inside out.

What really stood out to me was how honest and straightforward they were. Chris and David don’t give you the usual estate agent sales fluff—they’re upfront about your property, the price, and what to expect. And their communication was spot on. After every viewing, I got detailed updates, and they were so flexible when it came to accommodating potential buyers’ requests.

Our sale wasn’t an easy one—it was part of a chain of five, and things took a long six months to complete. This is where Jigsaw really proved why they’re a cut above the rest. While the bigger agents in the chain just let things drag on (presumably because they know ‘it’s in the bag’), Jigsaw worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line.

Nina deserves a massive shoutout here—she was an absolute star! If it wasn’t for her, the chain would probably have collapsed, and we wouldn’t be in our new home right now. Nina was chasing solicitors and agents every single day, and I mean every day. She gave me updates in the morning, updates in the afternoon, and pulled out all the stops to keep things moving. Her dedication was incredible, and honestly, she made all the difference.

If you’re thinking about selling your house, don’t be tempted by the glossy brochures and big promises of the larger agents. The buyers will find your property on Rightmove anyway—the difference is how they’re handled. Jigsaw don’t just push numbers through the door to look busy; they properly vet and manage buyers, making sure the process is smooth and professional.

And one last thing—they price your property to sell, not to grab your attention with inflated valuations and then come back weeks later asking for a price drop. They’re realistic and honest from the start.

Thanks to Jigsaw, we’re now happily settled in our new home, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you want an estate agent who genuinely cares and works hard for you, go with Jigsaw. You won’t regret it!

Without doubt the smoothest house sale I have ever experienced. I was looking for an agent who would be really proactive in the whole marketing process, be someone I could really get on with and trust, and actively manage the sale to the point of contract exchange - David shone in all these areas: his communication and transparency about pricing, strategy and identifying the right buyer was amazing, and he clearly knew his geographical location and business inside out. We had three offers in no time, and exchanged contracts in 13 weeks, and at every stage I learned more about what was going on from Jigsaw than our solicitors. David gave me confidence at all times that this was a project which could only have a positive outcome, even though I was based some distance away and was relying on him to manage it. This is not your average Estate Agent - you should forget everything you think you know about the profession and talk to Jigsaw if you want your property sold without being the agony it once was.
