Having dealt with other agents previously, Jigsaw have been refreshingly human! They've supported us throughout the whole process, particularly given that we're first time buyers. Our thanks go to Nina and David.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jigsaw. From the initial valuation where Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the market and my area in particular. There was no pushy sales pitch or after valuation annoying calls but I still felt like they valued my business. Both him and Nina worked hard to secure the right buyer for my home and have worked even harder to keep them onboard after many weeks of delays in the process. I cannot thank you enough.

Jigsaw really stood out from the crowd. Having bought and sold many houses over the years I feel this agency works harder and cares more than any of the other agencies - large or small - that I have had dealings with. Through out the process of Selling my parents house I experienced excellent communication, advice and professional commitment from Chris Oakley and Nina Horner at Jigsaw . Richard was really great giving sound advice and chasing up solicitors / other estate agents when there were bumps in the chain. He went over and above what he needed to do.
I have no reservations in recommending Jigsaws and would use them again if I was selling and they operated in my new area!

Although the process of completion was long, Richard was very friendly and helpful and answered every question we had 😊. Also he met up with us every time we needed to visit the house. As a first-time buyer I was apprehensive about the process, however Richard is extremely professional, had a wealth of knowledge about the properties I viewed and made the whole process seamless.
