I was very impressed by David's friendliness and honesty when we met to discuss selling my house. Having met some other agents, the difference in David's approach was noticeable.
During the selling process (which happened during the ongoing difficult housing market times), David and his colleagues, Nina and Chris, were always honest, sympathetic, trustworthy and friendly. They understood the market, and once we had the pitched the house correctly, the viewings increased. I always was given immediate feedback, and it was always easy for me to approach the team if I had questions.
I felt that they actually listened to me. This was evident when I was getting cold calls/leaflets from other agents who wanted my business, but weren't interested in what I had to say.
Having agreed the sale, David played a key role in getting the sale through to completion. Being the one person who could speak to both myself and the buyers, he continuously pushed the buyers' solicitor to expedite the final sale.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jigsaw to anyone looking to sell.

We were looking to buy in Camberley and started our search in April 2023. From a buyer’s perspective, we could not recommend Jigsaw more. Even though they were the agents for the sellers, they did more for us buyers than our own agents at times - excellent chain management, communication and professionalism. Thanks to Jigsaw, we moved into our home in November 2023. If we ever decide to sell this home, we will only consider Jigsaw to be our agents. The Camberley market has been difficult to navigate, with some agents leaving much to be desired from a buyer’s perspective. After a few disappointing experiences with other agents, we were very fortunate that the house we chose was listed by Jigsaw.

I was recommend Jigsaw Estate agents by my brother who had previously purchased a house through them in Camberley. Up until then, I had given up hope because it was impossible to find a honest estate agent. However, in comes David Wanless at Jigsaw who was God sent. Honest and transparent from the beginning with incredibly communication throughout the process. He was very responsive and continually updated me. Best to say that when I come round to getting another property, I will definitely only be buying from David and Jigsaw.

David and his team remained available for us right through a rather unfortunate set of circumstances, and helped us to an eventual successful conclusion. Advice was clear and informative, and Jigsaw were always the intermediary attempting to keep the ball rolling if things appeared to stall. Great value in every regard.

Chris has been exceptionally helpful with appraising our house with a huge amount of knowledge and experience in the area, as well as advising on likely turns and trends in the market which over the past few months, have all proven to be very accurate.

His communication, timeframes, patience and understanding whilst we have considered options and made decisions have been fantastic, it really has been one of the best house selling/buying experiences over the last 20 years and 6 house moves that I've been involved with.

I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. I had little knowledge of house selling and was expecting a very different (and to be honest, not that pleasant) sale. David’s professionalism and knowledge of the market put me at ease and he provided a realistic price assessment. He provided excellent drone and professional photography and helped us find solicitors and a house clearer too. He worked hard to secure viewings, resulting in 2 offers in short order, and kept the momentum in the 10 weeks it took to complete. David was always easily available and returned calls promptly. I can't recommend Jigsaw Estate agents enough. Right from the start Chris came to value our house prepared with so much local market information and helped us so much throughout the whole selling experience. He made the decision to go with Jigsaw so easy and everything that followed proved it was the right decision. He secured 3 viewings before our house was even on Rightmove and it was sold in just over a week of being advertised, far exceeding our expectations on times and securing the value we wanted.

Completely different to any other estate agents we've ever dealt with. Both Chris & Nina always kept in constant communication and both really went above and beyond to support viewings, contract signatures etc. I would recommend to anyone and would use again in a heartbeat.

Richard at Jigsaw estates was brilliant from the start where we met viewing a property he had on the market. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for, for our next home and to honestly assess the property and how it could/could not meet our requirements. In fact the presentation of the property and professional manner in which it was shown lead us to choose Jigsaw when we decided to switch agents for the sale of our own property. Again Richard went out of his way to present our property to its best and although it was a tough market and few viewings he still got the valuation and the prospective purchasers the right ones for us to receive an offer. Richard then came up with exactly the right house for us having remembered what we were looking for from our initial meet. So we were fortunate enough to have Richard involved in both the sale of our existing and purchase of our next property. Communication was great throughout the whole process and we were kept up to date and well informed regularly on how the process was going. Having not moved for 20 years it was helpful to be guided of next steps throughout the conveyancing process. We were always recommended a number of solicitors, surveyors, removal companies etc. and they were all spot on. Richard was only too pleased to take the time to show us our chosed property on the many viewings we made pre and post offer. We also viewed some other properties with Jigsaw where we met Chris and Nina who were also very professional and knew the market and housing stock extremely well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jigsaw to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.

A bit of context, I have met Richard from Jigsaw 3 months ago, as my wife and I were looking to sell our beloved property, Jigsaw was one of 5 real estate agencies we were actively working with. The following appreciation about Jigsaw is therefore in the context of an informed mutli-agent assessment /experience :

Trustworthiness : from the moment Jigsaw engaged, It wasn’t hard to notice we were dealing with a different firm. Professional from the get go, there wasn’t any of the usual salesy attempts to create a otherwise usually fake bond. Richard came across as genuine, confident, extremely respectful, and intrinsically driven by the desire to help in the big picture, which is much wider than the pure sale of the property…

Efficiency : All the firms brag upfront about their database of potential buyers and how they will move heaven and heart to get prospects interested. Richard, at the moment of the first encounter, already had 2 prospects he could see as a potential fit. No surprise, he knew much about the profile of these potential buyers and became clear to us this wouldnt be the result a wide call out campaign to see what sticks. Niche is the word that comes to mind, intimate and therefore, highly efficient . No surprise then the ultimate buyer of our beloved property was one of the prospects Richard had in mind the day we met …

Consistency : This is a big differentiator… All the firms, without exception, have sent the big guns to ‘impress’ on the first contact with us. None of them, except Jigsaw, have actually maintained that original high note. Richard was the main and same contact throughout, unlike any of the other firms who tend to delegate the visits, such a crucial step of the process, to juniors who, in most cases, were discovering the property at the same time as the buyers …

Resiliency : People buy from people, as the old adage say. In the current rather complicated market dynamics backed my interest rate volatility and a intricate buyers market, and consequently, a rather hectic, chain heavy process, prone to many moving parts going sideways, Richard has delivered a masterpiece of management, working relentlessly in the shadows and considerate enough to only come when key milestones were achieved, and/or, when external issues arise, that we had a contingency plan worked before he reached out to us.

In conclusion: I genuinely feel indebted to Richard and Jigsaw for the way they have managed this project. It also serves me personally as I am looking up to this business as an example, and blueprint of what can be achieved when you have the right values, the right vision, and the right skills to run an operation. Thank you Richard and Jigsaw for showing us the art of the possible .

Amazing service from Jigsaw Estates, especially Nina.

From the moment of our first viewing, Nina has been brilliant, nothing has been to much trouble for her to deal with. She has worked tirelessly to keep us informed of progress with weekly updates and has gone above and beyond to help when we have had queries.
She is without doubt the best estate agent we have ever dealt with.
Our contact with her colleagues David & Chris, whilst limited, has also been very good and efficient. All 3 other are a credit to the company.

We had 3 Estate agents around to give us a valuation for our home. David from Jigsaw was very pleasant and above all honest on a achievable price so we decided on them. We managed to get the price we discussed after several viewings. I cannot recommend Chris and Nina enough. Chris was so realistic about pricing our property. We had others give us stupid valuations and watched as they consisently dropped in price. Our transaction from start to finish was just over 8 weeks! They work tirelessly on our behalf, negotiating with solicitors, other agents. Nina is a dream, she does not stop her hard work - emailing any time of the day to re-assure you everything is going to plan. I cannot thank them enough. If you want an agent to sell your home, then Jigsaw are the best you can ask for.
