I am not sure if this is a company or a scam. No time frame for delivery fake tracking number sent, I had to start a dispute with PayPal and ask them to flag this company!
Do not buy from them as would only make you to water your time with dispute for refund no items would be sent!

Good product. Horrible delivery.
Second time I ordered and they still messed up the delivery.
This last order (SXK14467) almost 3 weeks now.
And there is no sign of my package will be deliver soon.
They said it is delivered and gave me the link, which I clicked, and it shows that the package is in transit.
Last update on the tracking is on 13 Dec.
And now is 16 Dec.
It is very frustrating.
This probably will be my last order with them.
The stress of the delivery is really not worth it.

Ordered and paid for on 25/11 - numerous chasing e mails to them unanswered - only to get an e mail a week before Christmas stating my order had been "lost" and I was just getting a refund. terrible service and no customer care. awful - avoid

Non sono per niente contenta del mio acquisto, dovevano essere due cofanetti regalo ma entrambi sono arrivati rotti da un lato e con gli angoli sbeccati.
Visto che dovevano essere regalati e soprattutto visto quanto li ho pagati, ho chiesto un reso/rimborso con prodotti nuovi e intatti .
Ho contattato immediatamente il servizio clienti per un reso e dal 30 novembre ho ricevuto risposta ieri ( 14 dicembre ) nella quale mi è stato detto che non c'era più tempo ne modo per sostuirli e perciò mi avrebbero fatto un rimborso del 20%.
Servizio clienti pessimo!
Se mi avessero risposto 15 giorni fa quando li ho contattati avrebbero fatto in tempo ma credo gli sia convenuto così.
Quindi a questo punto sono costretta a tenere i due articoli rovinati che ovviamente non regalerò con la sola certezza che io non acquisterò mai più su questo sito.

Acquisto vari articoli con una consegna stimata di circa 4 giorni, convinta che potessero arrivare in tempo per un regalo di compleanno. Invece, dopo giorni e giorni, non sono neppure stati spediti. Vergognosi.

Commande SXF28013 passée le 11 novembre,  livraison attendue le 3 décembre, jamais arrivée en boîte aux lettres. Depuis le 7 décembre aucune solution proposée. Vu la manière dont vous traitez les litiges, je souhaite être remboursée dans les plus brefs délais. Votre service client n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de mes attentes et ne répond pas aux  besoins et aux exigences de son temps. C'est une honte, d'avoir aussi peu de respect pour les clients et de le faire attendre entre chaque réponse entre 24h et 48h si ce n'est plus 72 heures.
Je préfère ne plus jamais avoir à faire à vous. Un service client déplorable, je n'acheterais plus jamais chez vous. Votre site internet est en français et vous apportez aux clients une réponse en anglais... En terme de communication auprès des clients, vous ne faites rien pour apporter une solution adéquate et simple. 
L'effet marketing et com fonctionnent, mais si derrière, le client n'a jamais sa marchandise.
Chez moi on appelle ça, une arnaque.

Nonostante tutte le cattive recensioni (che non avevo letto prima di acquistare) il pacco è arrivato addirittura in anticipo. Ho ordinato 8 paia di calze con gli sconti del Black Friday, ho ricevuto il tracking via mail il giorno dopo con le indicazioni del corriere dell’ultimo miglio. Dopo 4-5 giorni ho ricevuto il pacco a casa. Ordine corretto e ottima fattura delle calze. Acquisterò di nuovo.

Good range of socks, fantastic communication every step from ordering to being delivered. I’m very pleased with the quality….so much that I ordered more!

Compré un pack que estaba de oferta. Al leer las opiniones me asusté, pero la experiencia fue buena. ¡Llegaron al día siguiente (vivo en España) y además son súper bonitos!

Feel like I should write a positive review as there are quite a lot of negative ones. I was a bit concerned when I saw the reviews after ordering, and for a few days it did seem like my parcel wouldn't turn up, but it was just stuck in customs for a few days. The socks arrived and are great quality, although one of the boxes was a little bit scuffed, and in one of the boxes the socks weren't packaged very neatly like the other 3 I ordered, but overall very good.

Aucun soucis avec ce site.
Les produits sont conformes et livrés assez rapidement.
Je ne comprends pas les différents avis négatifs.

Los calcetines son muy chulos y de buena calidad, pero: NO compreis online, porque luego no podréis descambiar o devolver el producto en tienda física

Calcetines con diseños muy bonitos y originales. Nunca he tenido problemas con su calidad. El servicio muy rápido

Très jolies chaussettes reçues dans les temps (avant Noël!)
Cependant, il existe bien un problème avec leur transporteur, (DHL allemand) qui ne propose pas un suivi correct de la commande (qui parait même égaré!)
J’ai eu de la chance mais ça n’a pas tjrs l’air d’être le cas!

Meine absolute Lieblingsmarke für Socken! Auch mit Versand klappt alles super, kommt halt nicht aus Deutschland und dauert somit etwas länger, aber alles tiptop!

Socks didn’t come, still awaiting a refund. Emailed the company who replied with an email in which communication and spelling was awful. Do not buy from this company, it is unlikely you will actually receive your order or a refund (see other comments like this).

I have been waiting for more than a week for my package to arrive. Still not received it. Did not get any answer on my emails. Contacted bpost who told me to contact them I wanted to have this Package before Christmas. Which probably will not arrive in time.

Unfortunately, I have not received my order after over 2 weeks of waiting. Impossible to follow the order with the tracking number that the company provided, and the customer service is not replying properly to my emails - they are just sending standardized answer emails without answering my questions, super unhelpful. Will never order again :(

Purtroppo anche io ci sono cascata e ho fatto un ordine di calzini sperando arrivassero per tempo, invece sono persi chissà dove da 10 giorni e non c'è alcun modo di contattare il servizio clienti. Fortunatamente parlo tedesco e mi sono messa direttamente in contatto con la Deutsche Post, sicuramente più affidabile di questa azienda, che mi ha almeno dato informazioni sul pacco perso. Servizio clienti Jimmy Lion scandaloso, non rispondono alle mail e non c'è alcun numero di telefono da contattare. Pessimi!!!
